I had GERD for years; however I didn't have many of the more common symptoms, I did clear my throat frequently and had a lot of sore throats,which were always misdiagnosed. and a weak voice but also an odd itch on the inside of my chest. Dr Simoni not only diagnosed my condition quickly but also offered a more permanent solution. It has been six weeks since I had the T.I.F. procedure and the first time in years that I have not used a powerful proton pump inhibitor to sleep at night. Sore throats gone, chest itching gone no more throat clearing. Back on normal diet (eating less) and feeling great. Very nice and professional Dr. I always felt that I came first.

Dr. Simoni is an exceptional physician, compassionate, caring and wise beyond his years. He is an effective communicator, listens, shows sincere interest and seems open to different options and alternatives as long as it is not contrary to medically sound practice.
