I've been coming too yall for 14 years now. I have never failed a drug test, done everything that has been asked of me. But all the sudden now I cant get 2 months prescriptions. I dont need therapy or injections. Not happy!

The doctors listen to the patient and everyone pays attention to the care they are providing.

I have always found the staff professional and understanding. Dr Butch and Dr Adegoba have always seemed to want to help me with my issues and not treat me as a number or another patient. I have seen them for several years and they have helped me avoid surgery and have also helped with offering procedures and options to keep me working and active.

First off .... they listen to you and really try to help control your pain so that you can live your life and not “ just exist !!” Everyone from the front desk , nurse , doctor ....are friendly and empathetic to your needs . It is difficult to deal with constant pain and really helps knowing I’m in good hands .

Dr. Garlapati has a lot of regulations to follow, which aren’t at all his fault. He’s just doing his job... but he has gone above and beyond to help me.... and he requires patients try alternatives to opioids first. Not a pill mill. All of the staff is wonderful!

This Dr is one that really care about His patient's, he really is concerned when my pain level gets so out of hand. He doesn’t just offer meds, he actually try’s to do injections or some other procedure to help you. To me this is big !! I have had several back surgeries,abdomen surgeries, there are days I am in so much pain, it’s all I can do just to walk. Unfortunately our doctors today can’t give me or other people like me that really need our meds just to have a few good hours a day. So for now I guess our government decides what meds we can take and what we can’t take. To me that’s sad ! But with all this being said I’m going to keep fighting until there’s no fight left in me. I have been under pain management for the most part of 30 yrs and have had 3 other pain management doctors, this doctor is without a doubt, the Best. There are a couple of people that work for this doctor that I have been with for the most part of 30 years and I would put them up to any nurses out there. The also are the very best nurses I have ever had. I would without a doubt say ....... these doctors and nurses as well as staff are bar none the very very BEST at what they do. For this I say Thank you !

Saw Sherry today! Nicest lady, explained a procedure for me, was very informative and courteous! Asked me questions about my problems and actually took the time to answer my questions! Everyone that I had contact with at APC today was very professional and courteous!

I have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes, at the most, in the waiting room or in the room waiting to see my doctor. Everyone there are really nice and help with any questions about anything. Most of all....they all wear a smiley and are very polite!!

Office staff were friendly and personable. Dr. Butch listened to me and went through my MRI, explaining to me what the complex medical terminology meant. I am confident that your team takes care of your patients. I am happy I chose Arkansas Pain LLC.

I really appreciated the fact that Dr. A discussed many options of treatment and took the time to listen to my concerns. Past experience at a different Pain clinic was far from pleasant and left me feeling hopeless, disrespected and ignorant.

The person I saw was very caring and helpful. She listened to my problems and concerns. She has started the process of diagnosing why my hands are painful. Very satisfied with all employees I dealt with. While waiting , there were 3 patients that arrived after I did that was called back before me. This visit was the first time this has happened to me.

The appointment was on time and the Nurse Practitioner was thorough.

The treatment I received from the beginning to the end was excellent they absolutely cared for me with respect & concern as a patient, & it warms my heart that I feel safe & cared for my Doctors.

Seem sincere and listened to my needs. Even gave me free samples for a different medication to try.

Your Dr at AR.Pain advertised Med.marijuana. I came in, and cost me $200. Then tha state charged $50. And then lgot expensive CBD GUMMIES. And some amounts of marijuana, that could not afford. I also had to drive out of town. It was very painful to my body. It didn’t help the pain. Put after a few days, it help me sleep. Here’s what really upset me, part of pain meds were taken away because of it. Now I hurt to bad to live outside of my bed. Now broke

I was promptly seen and was professionally attended to. The staff at the clinic are always friendly and my attending physician was passionate in talking with me on my physical condition. An all around enjoyed visit was had.

I love seeing Dr. Butch. He is so kind, patient and professional. He is so very knowledgeable. Dr. Butch hears everything you say to him. Dr. Butch doesn't make you feel like trash or a dirt for coming here, like some of the others I have seen here do. When I would have to see most of the others here, I would be sick for over a week before my appointment, and after leaving my appointment I would be crying by the time I got out to my car. It wasn't because I was asking for more pain medication, it was because of the way they treated me & talked to me. They wouldn't even listen to me when I would even ask if medicare would cover TENS machine. They were horrible. Some of them kept prescribing expensive drugs when I told them I needed generic ones. Dr. Butch is so different from thos others. They need to learn from him.

You are very promt getting me to a exam room. You take care of my pain and also take time to address any other things bothering me at the same time. You care deeply about your patients. Have never had any problems with anyone that works there. I'm so glad that I found out about your clinic.

I am pleased how the doctors take the time to listen an d actually care about their partients. I'm going through so very serious problems which are. exttremly painful so many it's even hard for me to keep track of them. All the staffed an d nurses are very professional and polite.. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff!

Well the visit is always good. The follow up via phone etc needs alot of work. For example, a pain cream prescription was ordered for me and was not covered by insurance. Cost of cream was 5000$ for 2 bottles. Since that day, I have called 3 times and the pharmacy has faced multiple times with appropriate substitute and still,a week later, the matter has not been fixed. This happens often. One can leave messages that never get addressed or it takes weeks for it to be addressed.

Saw nurse practitioner. She explained to me about DEA reauirements coming up in the next few months on our meds. I completely understand, and have been aware for some time of the AREa'S concern on the abuse others do, taking a risk, causing deaths. I take my meds ONLY as directed because I truly need them to help my pain and live a better quality of life. The NP I saw on the 12th had intentions of taking me off one completely and lowering the other to the extent where I believe and no, I'm not a doctor. But her intentions would or could have put me in an unsafe detox. I am aware of the changes coming up, But I hope they'll be done in an appropriate, safe manner. I've been coming there 3 years and am blessed to have the caring intelligent doctor I have, and would like that to remain. Gratefully, Rebecca Zamora

Today I can truly say from the front to the back I was treated so nice. The young lady that took my vitals and majority of the time does it, and with such kindness and respect. Dr. Saint Adeogba also treated me nice these last 2 times and for that I'm greatful. Not all the time that you treat a person the way you want to be treated you get it in return. But I never stop doing so! Every act of kindness matters and that will keep me coming there. Thank GOD for the young lady and the doctor.

We have went through several pain management clinics. We are not just there for a prescription we are looking for answers. You can never have to many doctors when you have Multiple problems! Doctor and APN have both been wonderful spent the time to get to know us and the problems and send for test or to Neurosurgeon when he fills it is needed. The office is clean, office staff has been wonderful, on time for appointments, little wait time! I have nothing but great things to say about this clinic and staff and appreciate the time they have spent with us to learn about the problems.
