I've been going to Clarity Vision Group for several years now, and I'm always excited when it's time for my yearly eye exam (who gets excited to go to the doctor?!). The staff is so kind and pleasant, willing to answer any of my questions and help me find the best deal regardless if I have insurance or not. I've seen all three doctors since I've started going to Clarity Vision and I've been extremely pleased with all of them. They are all personable, extremely knowledgable, and take the time to explain my chart to me. I can't recommend Clarity Vision enough!

Usually, I feel totally cared for when I am there. This time I think I got some new people, and I had to remind them how thick my lenses are (in choosing frames), and worse, had to remind the tech that usually they compare insurance coverage against a percentage discount. In fact I'm not sure I got the same percentage off as my husband got 2-3 weeks ago. That said, my prescription is unusual, and Dr. Wiggers is THE BEST. I am counting on my next experience to be better.

All in all , a good experience; however, this was my first visit and no one greeted me when I arrived. I felt awkward just standing there . I could see there was no one able to greet people as they were all with customers. Also, I was surprised that you did not ask me to fill out a basic health questionnaire to get a synopsis of my overall health since this was my first visit. Usually , you have to answer questions related to any concerning heath conditions like heart conditions , diabetes , etc. I do not have those issues but just found that unusual that it was not asked.

I’m a long term patient of Clarity Vision and have ALWAYS received nothing but the very best. Staff and doctors are always ready to answer any questions or concerns in regard to my eye health. Really good to show and explain the pictures of your eyes. You also will experience a Doctor who will listen,remember, and take as much time as you need not just the time that he needs. A staff that is gracious, professional, and helpful, and an environment that is modern, clean and warm. Once you experience your first visit you will feel like you are just going back to see friends. Both my wife and I came given for the first time. It was a great visit. The doctor and staff were very friendly and helpful. My only suggestion to the industry is we need to figure out how to get the cost of eyeglasses at the doctors office in line with online options. I know that is difficult but the cost Of a pair of glasses online is only about 15 to 25% of the cost in the office.

As always, I've found Clarity Vision, Dr. Wiggers and his staff to provide excellent service at reasonable cost

Overall, good experience with two noted areas: 1 - Tech was offputting and hard to understand in his manner of giving/explaining direction(s). 2 - I did not enjoy being dilated and taken into an ultra bright sales area. Not a good way to try and look at frames. The light made my eyes hurt and I left with a headache. Other than these two things, everything else was good. Dr. Tobin has an excellent 'bedside' manner and clear way of communicating.

Quick, efficient appointment - never rushed and answered all questions. Everyone was friendly and helpful, large selection of frames.
