The friendly Staff made for a comfortable baby's 1st visit to dentist, and gave well explained advice for upkeeping baby's dental hygene. The way the office is decorated also makes it a welcoming place for kids...it looks like a fun place and my baby was thrilled with the colorful circles painted on the wall. My son was very nervous going in for his cleaning. Every single person we spoke to was so nice and talked to him to calm him down. They let him sit in the chair like a horse to make the cleaning more comfortable for him and made him feel like he had a say in everything.they explained everything they were going to do in detail to him him before they did it. Everything was good.I was offended when my son wanted to rinse his mouth and the dental assistant was like umm go back and rinse the sink out. With an attitude working at a hospital that's not how you suppose to deal with that.. She is the assistant she is responsible for that sink before the next pt come in. He is 8 years old its not what you say but how you say it .Dr is great and other staff. She mad you all get 4 stars not 5 . She not professional.

My daughter started seeing Dr Halum when she was just 2 WEEKS old...that's right 2 weeks. She was born with her bottom 2 teeth and he had to pull them out. I love how the whole team is friendly and engaged from the staff that answers the phone, to the greeting when you walk in as well as the dental techs. My oldest two children (21 and 19 years old) went to Dr. Halum and now my youngest (10 years old). He always discusses options as if your child were his. I love that! All techs/doctors/receptionists we met with were extremely kind and helpful; that is appreciated. We will be back. Only downside is that the atmosphere seemed a little noisy and chaotic, which can be difficult for kids to take in when they’re already nervous to be there. Maybe we just happened to come on a busy day, but I thought it was worth mentioning.

I love how kind and patient the dentist is. My boys are very stubborn and sometimes don't eat what they are supposed to and don't want help brushing their teeth, among other things. It's nice that he doesn't make me feel bad for being a decent parent who fails sometimes. He just wants to fix the problem and talk to the kids on ways they can help themselves and that helps tremendously! They often remind each other what the dentist said and make better choices because let's face it, kids listen to other people better than us sometimes so it's important to me to have people I trust to help influence my children.

When we walk in and go up to the front to sign in, the Lady up front is always nice and always has a beautiful smile on her face. She us never moody or crabby. Always respectful and you would never know if she was having a bad day. The hygienist that cleans Logan's teeth is also very nice. We usually get the same Lady. She talks to us and makes us feel comfortable. Doc is always nice and happy. He always makes sure he tells Logan and i that his teeth look good. He also makes sure he tells Vanessa my daughter hiw beautiful her teeth look since she got her braces off. When we leave and checknout the Lady is friendly too. Our visit was outstanding. The staff was fantastic. Everyone made adalyn feel so comfortable. We were in and out in 25 minutes which was awesome!

Nurses and Doctor are always sure that you are well taken care of no matter the reason for coming in. The staff is always very nice and friendly, they also get you in and out so your not waiting at the office for too long.

I am always very happy with how quick yet thorough my son's appointments are. And staff are very helpful and friendly.

Dr.Halum, is the best he is friendly and professional my children are always welcomedo by his wonderful staff, he provides a comfortable atmosphere for the the children and a knowledgeable comprehensive report for the parents I would recommend this dentist to anyone looking for the perfect dentist!!!

It was my child's first time at the Dentist and although he was scared and nervous, you made him feel at ease and comfortable. He's a timid kid around doctors and the X-ray tech used superhero lingo and I saw in his eyes, he was ok! Very pleased with the experience with the exception of how much I paid. Unfortunately may have to change.

For this being my first time going to an dentist office where they are kindly,straight to point & great feed back on different options. I will love to visit this office again.

Great care! Paula really loves going to her appointment, even though she knows she is goint to be told not to consume any sugars specially because of her teeht condition. She feels Dr Haulum takes great care of her teeth. She worries when she is not longer able to see Dr Haulum becuase of her age. She is used to his cute office since she has been going there since she was 4 years old! Thanks for everything!
