I was here for my annual eye exam. As in past years, the experience was stress free and very professional. All the staff including Dr. Frazee are friendly and professional. The lobby has a wonderful candy station with all kinds of delicious treats to make your wait a little easier. My “problem” is that I never have to wait.

I highly respect Dr Frazee’s opinion and analysis of his findings.

They have a long track record of providing excellent care and service to me and my family. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Every time I go to visit Dr. Frazee‘s office it is so nice and I really like the way they do their job . The workers are so nice and really know there job.

I'm guessing Dr. Frazee has been my eye doctor for about 15 years. I had seen 3 or 4 doctors in previous years and when you are getting the better/worse, better/worse vision test at 90 mile an hour and other doctors seem in a big hurry and make the visit seem routine, Dr. Frazee has never been that way. Very patient and does not rush the process. I wish I could find a family doctor I felt as good about. I would recommend him without hesitation. One area I would like to see improvement in is in the office staff. Every year it's new people and I would like to feel as good about that part of the process. The only consistent part of the office staff is Barbara and she is great, but all of her help seems to be changing too much. Don't let that little quibble keep you away, your eyes will be well taken care of.

My visit was efficient, friendly and thorough. This is the first time I've had to wait an abnormally long time to see Dr..Frazee. The patient before me required a longer visit than expected so that affected the next appointments. Dr Frazee is gracious and kind. If a staff member could have told me Dr. Frazee was going to be longer than normal, or somehow been able to let the doctor know his next appointment was waiting, he may have been able to see after a reasonable wait. This is the only time I have ever waited for longer than normal.

The service is beyond compare.The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and the doctor is personable and very experienced. He is both an excellent talker and a listener. 😃
