I am always happy with my appointments.

I went in for a routine cleaning. The hygienist asked if I have any dry mouth problems. This was the first time anyone (my prior dentist) thought to ask. She immediately got me set up with a prescription dry mouth rinse. This arrived at my house 2 days after my appointment! The rinse is helping and I really appreciated the pro-active patient care!!

I really appreciate that you could squeeze me in the day before a holiday so I didn't have to wait for the crown to be re-attached and maybe have something happen to the little bit of a tooth left so the crown wouldn't re-attach.

Everyone was very straight forward, I didn't feel as though they were concerned with anything other than the state of my teeth. Would reccomend

I love this dentist! I really wish they had someone to answer their calls. You have wait sometimes 2-3 days for your call to be returned.

Staff were immediately attentive, kind, friendly, informative, helpful and quite clearly very professional and more than capable and knowledgeable. The doctor answered all my questions before I knew I had any, he had a careful and gentle hand and instilled great confidence in his ability as a medical professional. The cost of services were more than reasonable and the payment options also nice and easy to understand and manage. Top of the line facilities. I would recommend this clinic to friends and family in a heartbeat.

First time I have ever had a crown fit perfectly the first time!! Absolutely no adjustment needed and it feels secure and strong. While Dr. Lippold praised the lab that made it....they also had a good mould to work with. Super satisfied again with this whole experience!!

I have had extensive procedures done at Dr.Lippold's office. Before each, he explained in detail. I felt more comfortable (I have "dentist anxiety"). I have gone back several times with no fear. The staff are friendly and professional. Stephanie, their hygentist, is thorough but quick. I will continue with the plan, no longer neglecting my teeth.

I am hoping that the procedure Dr Lippold wants to do next week will work out. Can give a better review after next Friday.

A wonderful experience from start to finish! The hygienist was great and did a wonderful cleaning (which was not even part of my Groupon discount). The dentist did a quick but thorough visit. The place has a homey feeling that is reassuring and cozy. It is rare to be happy because of a dentist appointment...but that was exactly what happened to me! Made me start the day bright and smiley. And I really appreciated they did not try to sell me expensive useless services as others typically do. Will definitely be back.

My visit was painfully good ! Brandy really went to town on my teeth , it felt good to have all that plaque removed unlike my last several visits. I pay to have a third visit throughout year and it was pretty bad how much plaque was on my teeth from the last hygienist.I have to come back for a follow up to remove more. I was considering moving to a new dentist but after my last visit I will stay and let Brandy finish the job.
