Marcos runs a friendly, welcoming, and professional office. He has fixed all of my long-standing and accumulated problems—fillings, crowns, implants, and Six-Month Smiles—to give me the best smile I’ve ever had in my life! I can highly recommend his services!

Dr. Grande and team provide best in class service and their friendly staff and Dr. Grande himself are second to none in their knowledge about the services you need and they look out the best interest of their customers. I have dealt with many Dentists here in Washington metro area and NYC, but none of the come close to Grande Dental Care with their services.

I was in for a routine cleaning. It was such a pleasant experience. I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months and was going to a different dentist prior to Grande. That dentist even made cleanings painful and unpleasant. My experience with the Grande team was the exact opposite. My favorite part about my Grande visits is that if my appointment is at 3:00, then at 3:03, I am in the dentist chair with my little bib on. Every time. This makes me feel like the Grande team respects my time. Thanks for being old-school professionals!

The Grande office staff and Dr Grande are UBER nice ... and made me feel like family , during the visit . I went for an evaluation here because Dr Grande is one of the few dentists in our local NOVA community who is certified in Pinhole Gum Restoration for Receeding gums . He gave me a timely estimate of the costs, same day .. and I was sad because : (1) insurance doesn’t cover the procedure , and (2) Due to heredity , I need $8000 worth of work . (3) I was hoping for a better price , since I have 10+ gum recessions (at $715 / tooth !) that need the Pinhole procedure ... and I also need 2 gum grafts which will be $1400 / graft at a recommended Oral Surgeon . I have no dental insurance ... and $10800 is more than I have to spend 😱 for out of pocket payment . Not sure what to do now .

Staff is caring and professional. Grande has excellent manner, explaining and performing dental procedures, puts the patient at ease. Wonderful dentist.

Dr. Grande and his team were wonderful when my bridge fell out last week. As always the entire visit, and they all make it feel like visiting friends, was fantastic. My Hygenist is remarkable. I have never enjoyed cleanings before but I can honestly say this is such a difference that I will go for a cleaning every 4 months instead of twice a year. They are all so helpful and I would recommend Dr. Grande and his staff to anyone.

Dr. Grande fixed multiple issues for me including straightening my teeth through the Six Month Smiles program (took just 5-1/2 months for me), some minor bonding, and two implants.
