I have been going to Dr. Walker for years and have every confidence in his abilities as a doctor. But, the experience is over and above that. He is very personable, thorough, and good at explaining the details. Angie is very helpful as well. She has a good eye for helping to pick just the right eyewear!

The receptionist was kind, knowledgeable and welcoming. Dr. Walker was also very nice and patient with me even as my toddler screamed through the entire exam. His examination was thorough and he explained what he was doing and why. I needed a referral so he started that process for me instead of making me go through my PCP and said if I didn’t hear from them to call him the next day. All together a very nice experience which was a relief when I felt so ill.

I met Dr Walker over 20 years ago when seeking emergency care for an eye injury. I have had all my eye exams and glasses made by him since that time. I highly recommend Dr Walker.

This was my 11 year old son's first pair of glasses, and these were reading glasses! The EXAM went smoothly for my son, Zechariah. Dr. Walker had a GREAT bedside manner as my son was perfectly comfortable (as was my other son, Kody, who also had an exam, but no glasses). The eye exam resulted in us ordering Zechariah his first reading glasses: the Harry Potter look. He is now using these glasses every evening in his nightly reading routine. I would highly recommend Dr. Walker's services along with his world class staff. -Jay Martin

In 2 separate occasions Dr Walker has squeezed me in without a prior appointment. We live 3-1/2 hrs away and this gesture is greatly appreciated. I was so impressed with Dr Walker when he provided an exam for my son 2 years ago. He is extremely thorough in his exam and post exam education and follow up. Would highly recommend him!

Dr. John Walker is a true professional. I have trusted him for years and so has many of my friends. I really like the family atmosphere his wife Angie is very nice she runs the front desk.
