Everything from the time you walk in till its time to leave is always a "friendly " professional atmosphere. They take time to explain any questions you ask and ones you do not know to ask.

Had trouble with vision clinics in the past I would end up leaving without the glasses they had prescribed for me. I didn't know if it was them personally or their equipment being out of calibration but they never seemed to get it right. It was a different experience with Dr. LeGrand however, she took her time and was very thorough using equipment I haven't seen in any of the previous places I've been. I can finally see clearly now they are very impressive there at La Porte Vision Center. 😉

I think the best way to describe my visit would be to say it was puzzling to me. I believe I have gone to the same opthamologist so many years, I have just become accustomed to his approach. After all the testing I did not understand the state of my eyesight. Going into Optical right after my eyes were dilated seems strange to me. I so appreciated all the testing the doctor did on me and I liked her very much, I just didn't feel I knew all the results before making the decision to wear progressive lens. I really enjoyed the staff and the comfort of office, and I will be back in six months.
