Friendly people, talked to my son and entertained him while I was filling out paperwork. Rebekah is one of the best PAs that I have ever encountered. She listened to everything and she was very helpful by answering my questions and not completely laughing at my silly questions and quirks. She spent the time to truly understand my history and find the solutions. She was amazing!!!

I really like Dr Bellak’s team approach with the patient to determine the best plan of care . He spends a lot of time listening to the patient & answering questions without pressuring the patient to make a quick decision on which course of treatment is suitable. He listens & that is the most valuable attribute of any I highly recommend him.

Dr. Darter is an extremely competent and professional physician. She is friendly, caring, takes time to listen, and communicates well to the patient regarding a treatment plan. Her staff was friendly and efficient.

I would say I have had good experiences at Oklahoma allergy institute. However the nurse was a little short today and was talking about to how something pissed her off to one of the front desk employees.

Everyone was kind. I didn't wait long at all. The Doctor was patient and answer all my questions. I will recommend this group of doctors to friends and family.

No parents wants to take their child to continual appointments only to hit a dead end. We did that with the last allergist. So thankful Dr. Darter was able to “go there” with us and help us come up with a plan to hopefully make his life a bit more free!

I felt I received a the information that I needed to improve my condition. The PA made me feel very comfortable as we talked.

The PA was knowledgeable and is interested in my health. The appointment was good, but I dont like having to make appointments just ro be able ro take shots. It is also disappointing that I can no longer get a shot on the same day. I live 45 minutes away and that is a prerry big inconvenience.

Dr. Bellak was extremely thorough and helped me figure out the underlying cause of my symptoms as opposed to simply treating my symptoms like some of my other doctors.

Staff concerned and not pushy when your not moving fast. Even the front desk makes you feel important by knowing your name. It's obvious everyone matters and you are not in a puppy mill atmosphere. Can't say enough about Dr. Darter, she listens, gathers info reviews. Then she moves to the important phase! Absolutely professional, courteous, listened to my concerns, everyone explained every step thoroughly. Very pleased!

I am so please that I was heard (by Jill Frost) and was given a plan A, B and C to possible resolve my hive breakout. I believe my hives are caused by preemergant being applied to lawns, instead of going directly to the emergency room. They recognize that I defiantly will go to the ER if the plans don’t work. They explained about the prednisone dosage because of how it affected me. Amanda were so very helpful in getting me set up for everything I need.

I believe the discharge instructions were co fusing. The doctors handwriting was messy. It was not presented in a methodical organized manner. Type up the protocol and give a copy to the nurse and patient on a clipboard so questions. Can be asked and leave room for notes. When the whole protocol is a prescription and changes to otc medication instructions are vital. Take a little time to make them clear. I am intelligent and highly educated. I think everyone needs clear methodical I structuons. Not hand written scrawl on the side as notes to a printed page.

I love everyone involved with Dr Darter’s Office. I would love to say that everything was great, but until I get relief, I can’t really say that Yet ! My prayer is for answers to my problem & results, and I believe that we are on the right track. I originally started with Beka & the staff in Norman & they are amazing. I am so thankful that on a Monday when I was at my worst & the Norman office wasn’t open that they got me right in at the Edmond office. My stepmother has a similar problem as mine & I am anxious for answers so that I can get her up here from Texas so that she can find relief as well. Thanks for all you do, Debbie

I visted this clinic last week. I was greeted by L’atora, Marquita and Tashino. I felt right at home there. They were very attentive and professional! I was very satisfied with the service. I did not feel like they were in a hurry to rush me in and out and i really appreciated that! I am looking forward to my next appointment! Thank you guys!!! See you next time!

I was very pleased with my experience at your clinic. I had minimal, if any, waiting time. Jill was excellent and the every staff member I met was both competent and friendly.

Did a good job figuring out what was going on with me. They got me on the right medication.

Leslie is our favorite PA. We drive 2 hours just to see her. She always takes the time to listen to my daughter's health issues and concerns. She always follows through with submitting prescription refills and sending them to the correct pharmacy (we haven't had good luck with this in the past from other PA's). She makes sure all forms are filled out correctly, also. In the past, we received forms that had the wrong dosing of what they prescribed. She listens to my daughter and truly cares and wants the best for her. She never makes us feel rushed or hurried. I've recommended her to other friends, also. The office staff are also great. Always happy and upbeat and quick to handle things. The environment is much less stressful, less rushed, and more calming that the Edmond office.

The whole experience was amazing! The callyo apointment was fast, the ladies in the office were amazing. The office was clean as wellas the bathroom. The decor and fish tank waa amazing! My Dr. L’Tora Bryant was very detailed, she listened to me and provided options. I am so glad I was connected with this company!!!!!

Staff was friendly. But when I went to pick up my refills the pharmacy said one out of four were sent but the other 3 went to optimum RX an online pharmacy. I dont use online pharmacies and nobody even asked if I wanted this. So now I am still waiting for my refills and hopefully I will get them soo.

We have appreciated the NP. She is extremely knowledgeable and precise and friendly. I did not like that we had to have an appointment rescheduled to an office 30+ minutes away due to to them not remembering the office was closed on Friday? The multiple text, phone calls for appointment reminders are also a bit much. One reminder seems sufficient.

Everything was PERFECT!! From the front desk greeting us to the young ladies that helped with vitals and discharge and the doctor who was AWESOME that had seen us. This was truly a AWESOME experience and the staff was OUTSTANDING!!!

This text was addressed to Nathan. I am not Nathan. My rx have to go to my employer pharmacy yet both rx to were sent to specialty pharmacies that I have never used. I would have assumed since my pharmacy was verified in my visit the rx would have gone there.

The Oklahoma Institute of Allergy and Asthma has Such a friendly staff that genuinely seems to care about me and my health. They were quick to get me in when I didn’t have an appointment but had an allergic reaction to a product I was using. I’ve just started allergy shots and am excited to see how I feel next fall!

Dr. Darter, A big huge thank you to your staff that assisted me early this past Wednesday morning. I did not have an appointment but I knew I needed to see your staff from the type of cough I had. I told the assistant at the front desk I could not speak without having a bad cough. She immediately said I think someone can see you right now. Minutes later I received a breathing treatment and steroid shot that were, well, just what the Doctor ordered! I was also put on a new antibiotic to stave off the beginning stages of pneumonia. Everything has improved greatly since that morning. I was so thankful for your staff. They really took care of me. I know know when the onset of this type of breathing occurs, to get to your office and see your staff.

It’s really fast and I would recommend it to anyone who needed allergies checked

I felt review/assessment was very thorough and not rushed. We had to wait about 1.5 hours to see doctor and that was pretty difficult with a 2 year old

I only had to wait for 5 minutes before i was called back in the exam room. The staff/nurses were absolutely great. My nurse practitioner who took care of me was Very professional, personable, thorough, & knowledgeable. She addressed all my concerns & wanted to see me back in 2 weeks to ensure that the antibiotics had cleared my infection. I would highly recommend the allergy clinic.

Prior to meeting Dr. Darter life was a daily struggle to exist, between chronic illness and the physical and emotional challenges that accompany long term illness, it was difficult at best to remain positive about life. Thankfully through the dedication of Dr. Darter and her staff, my life has changed significantly. It is amazing to feel healthy, to be positive, and to be active. Life is such a gift, seek help and live your best life!

Jill is amazing and a great addition. Every experience I have had in Dr Darter's practice has been excellent!

The dr was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He addressed any and all concerns I had and even gave me information about things I never even thought to ask. His staff was as polite as they could be and even laughed and talked to me like a normal person instead of a patient. As I was leaving everyone I walked by said bye to me and thanked me for coming in.

Everyone was very nice. The Doctor took the time to listen and try to pinpoint exactly what was going on with me. He must have spent over an hour getting all the facts and deciding what would be the best options. I would definitely recommend this facility.

I saw a marked improvement in my allergy symptoms after switching to the OIAA for treatment. My previous provider was just treating my symptoms and not the cause. I used to get sick several times a year with sinus/allergy infections. Since I started injections in 2014 at OIAA I've had one cold related sinus infection. It's nice to not be an allergy sufferer any longer!

Your front desk staff was accommodating in making our follow up appointment for allergy testing with Dr. Darter. I still feel like I left our visit without any new information or new knowledge. I can't say it's a pleasure to go to the doctor, but I always feel like I'm respected and my opinion is listened to. My treatment is on spot and I know I'm well cared for, even with a rare syndrome.

I liked the nurse practitioner I saw. However, she should type out instructions for the patient.

First, I did not have to wait I was seen shortly after I arrived. Second, Kisha not only is very knowledgable , but explained everything step by step before doing her procedures. Finally, Dr.Bellak was very explisite, understanding and attentive. The three ladies from the front office were also great, they explained all contracts explicitly.

Diagnosis and treatment by Elisa were right on target. Within 48 hours of starting antibiotic, productive cough is gone. I appreciate Elisa listening to my concerns, discussing and educating me as to why she chose that antibiotic over another, and ordering the appropriate tests. I always find Elisa to be courteous, caring, and professional on each visit. In addition, all staff encountered on each visit are always helpful, smiling, and courteous to me. I very much appreciate that, especially when I am feeling poorly. Thank you for good and competent care on each visit.

Really Dr Ballak was one of the best Dr experiences I've ever had. He truly listened to my long and confusing history of allergic problems and gave me so much of his time and attention and explained everything so thoroughly. You don't get doctors like that everyday. Thank you!!

Staff was very good with my son and did a great job keeping him calm while doing testing. No wait either, which was great.

Our appointments went well from the time we checked in until the time we checked out. The only thing I didn't appreciate was a lady named Stephanie (I think) calling me several times about our insurance. I told her we had insurance and it was working as I had just took my daughter to another dr. She told me again it wasn't and threatened me I'd be billed w/o insurance and have to pay for the full visit. She called me again then I called our insurance and figured out the problem. I tried to call her back but she was busy and never called me back like I was told. If she would have just talked to someone at bcbs instead of using the automated system she would have found out they were having a glitch and all crest bcbs accounts would be fixed within 24 hours.

We were not given any discharge information or instructions. The girl who gave us the information on the medication we were discharged on clearly didn't know what she was talking about. The prescription sent to the pharmacy was messed up then messed up again. I was not confident at all in the dosage and time length of the prescription as well as the reason we were being givin the medicine. What I was told in the office was not what the prescription said when I picked it up. Still had many questions when I left the office.

Each visit has been an enjoyable expierence. I do not find that very often when visiting a medical facility.

Everyone is always helpful and nice. The only issue I have had is feeling I'm not paying on my balance which I am so I feel as if I'm required to show proof every time it comes up. If I'm not paying quick enough then let's discuss it but I'm trying to pay 100.00 every time I'm in for a shot. The balance is around 300. Now. Outside of that your place of business has been great.

Dr. Belak was awesome! Very thorough, explained everything, and above all he listened! He broke everything down into Layman's terms instead of throwing out a much of things I couldn't understand. I've already recommended him to my friends and family. The nurse who took my blood busted a couple veins before finding a good one. At one point she even asked me if she should stop and if I wanted to go some place else to get my blood drawn. I opted to have her try one more time and she was successful. She was very very nice, but I've had my blood drawn multiple times and never had his happen. It's possible this could be the result of my veins and not her skills though! Overall, it was a good experience.

We really appreciate Elisa Thompson taking the time to answer all of our questions and spending time going over our test results with us! Thank you! It's been super challenging going through this process with food allergies and we're grateful to have her helping us get through it!

Your PA (Ms Green) is an awesome health professional! She has been courteous, respectful and attentive to my health needs. She is very knowledgeable about my health concerns and is an asset to your program. My only criticism is that during the past 4 years or so of being treated at your facility, I've seen at least 4-6 PAs as they don't seem to stay at this facility long. But, each PA I have dealt with has been extremely knowledgable.

Your staff, office and Dr's are amazing! Very friendly and they help with any concerns you may have! Will definitely recommend to others that have the same issues! So happy I found you! Nicole Andersen

I arrived at 4:15, and I walked out at 6:00. Later arrivals were taken back before me. The nurse did apologize, but she should have confirmed the patient's name before taking her back.

I was in and out quickly. I am still waiting to see results of all prescribed medications.

You guys have a great staff.

Dr. Darter is great! She knows what's she's doing and is helpful. Today she seemed in a hurry. We waited over 30 min in our room to see her which is very hard with little children. That is very frustrating for us and everyone else that has to hear them for the 1.5hrs we were at the office.

Your staff is amazing and you do stand up to your reputation. I recommend you to anyone I see suffering from allergies or asthma. Thank you for helping me get back to living!

We love coming to our allergy specialist and get great service from the staff! We were upset to find out that our normal PA we see had left and now we have to use someone else.

Rebecca and her nurse do a wonderful job every time I have been in. They are very thorough and always encourage questions. They will always explain anything that is not clear and are very patient.

OIAAI has greatly improved the quality of my life. I'm no longer chronically sick with upper respiratory illness. I love the walk in system for allergy injections. Dr. Darder is a wealth of information and is extremely helpful. I trust her completely. She has helped me in other areas of my health in addition to my allergies. I would highly recommend her and the friendly and professional staff!

I was extremely ill when I initially visited OIAA. My asthma was beyond being out of control. I was chronically ill, and treating symptoms from one infection to the next. My life and activities revolved around my illness. I no longer made plans, even short term due to my health. The entire staff at OIAA is absolutely invested in assisting me in regaining my health. I feel as though each member is part of my extended family. They are warm, engaging, competent. They go above and beyond to insure that my insurance provider is supporting my needs as well. The staff effectively communicates with me and assist in educating me on my condition, my options, and my continued progress. With the expert advice and comprehension treatment I have received from OIAA, I have made tremendous steps forward in my journey to become healthy and manage my asthma. I am so grateful to the nurses, office staff, and physicians that continue to devote their time and energy to help me and many others like me, in being able to live again. I really was glad that Laura took the time to show both myself and my 5-year-old what she would use to do skin testing and how it would work. That helped to put our minds at ease. Dr. Bellak was very nice and explained things in great detail. I was very impressed and will definitely bring my other children when they need testing and will recommend to others!!
