Your staff were patient and courteous and helpful during the many calls it took to get the xrays, etc. from my dentist back, get my newly changed dental insurance to be applicable, and to help me prepare to utilize a gift certificate I had purchased at a charity auction last year. I was impressed with their personal efforts to help me get ready for the “$650 teeth whitening on the gift certificate (xrays, examination, etc.) only to find out that I really probably should not get the teeth whitening because I had so many crowns and implants that it might look distracting. ☹️ But, thank you anyway! Kim is excellent

I was very nervous but the young lady that x-rayed my mouth was pleasant and gentle and so was the hygienist Maria. I thank them for a pleasant experience. The dentist on the other hand explained my problem areas didn’t understand that I only went for a cleaning and he was pushy about getting other work done after I explained to him that I wasn’t financially able to do any other work at the time.

I paid $99 as a first time patient which included X-rays, cleaning and the findings and suggestions from the dentist. Turns out I needed a tooth to be removed and they suggest a deep cleaning. Just wanted a regular but would not do it since the dentist suggested a deep cleaning. I told the people there that they should refund the $33 I paid for the cleaning or apply it to another procedure that I had yesterday. I was then told they don’t make the rules . Not for nothing but if I did this in the field I am in the federal trade commission would be on me like white on rice. hum 🤔

I am terrified of the dentist and after my experience I will definitely be back. The staff was very friendly and made me feel at ease.
