Great attention and very professional

From the minute you step in, the service is excellent. The front staff is very professional. The technicians are also very sweet and pay a lot of attention to the patient. The doctor is great!

I am very pleased with the attention of all staff and they are very expert in what they do ... the doctor was very helpful and spent enough time to let me understand what is going in my eyes and the way to correct thr problem , I went home very satisfied

Everyone made me feel welcome. Dr. Kalski and staff are very knowledgeable. I have been wearing the wrong prescription for years. The contact lense they gave me as a try out was exactly what I needed. Thank you. Very happy I chose them.

Great staff..great office...Dr Kalski is always conscientious and concerned with every aspect of the visit... I never feel like I’m being rushed. The staff makes me feel like my vision concerns are of upmost priority.

The staff was very professional, warm, and helpful. Dr Kalski was also the same and seemed concerned. He also explained what he felt was the diagnosis and had a plan of action if his remedy did not work as he hoped. I thank everyone I came in contact with at this office.

Dr. Kalski is one of the few doctors I have encountered in the past few years that truly cares about his patients. He listens, he answers all questions and addresses all concerns. He delivers a consistently high level of medical care and is by far one of the best practitioners in the Miami area. I have become quite cynical about health care in general - Dr. Kalski is a breath of fresh air in today's world of health care providers. His office is top notch - caring, professional, courteous. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate Dr. Kalski and his staff 100. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to provide my feedback.

Dr. Kalski is extremely thorough; listens to any issues and investigates to make certain you are offered the best and recommended choices. He is one of the best doctors around because he actually cares about your well-being and will personally take the time to follow up with a call. It's nice to have a doctor who cares.

Richard is an amazing person!

Dr Kalski and his staff are superb professionals. I've been seeing him for years for my annual exams. They get me in send in, but spend as much time with me needed to update me on the health of my eyes.

My visit did give me the results that I wanted to hear. Dr. Kolski is working with my eye and will see me again in an appropriate time. I thank him for his diligence concern and medical knowledge.

Excellent except I feel the charge for eyeglass prescription is NOT acceptable. No one has heard of such a charge by an opthmologist.
