You have a efficient system for in take of a new patient. Your support staff is pleasant and capable. Your equipment is state of the art. However it is a little impersonal and I was surprised not to meet dr Shapiro 1 or 2. Dr Kevin was most professional and I felt competent. Liked him.

I went in to pick up two more aligners. Randy stopped by and we had a good conversation about my treatment. However, the guy that helped me (I don’t recall his name, and I’ve never seen him before) appeared hesitant to trim my aligners for comfort. Eventually he did, but they were not to my liking, I even showed him my previous set so he could see what I meant.

I am not a good patient when it comes to dentistry! So when Dr Dari said the tooth had to go all the worst visions were in my head. However, with the wonderful care of DH Roxanne and Dr Sanjay the 2 hours it took to get that rotten tooth out went bye with no pain! And what a delight it was to get a text from Dr Sanjay checking on me to be sure I was doing well the next day! Thank you all at Shapiro dentistry for all you love and care!😻😻😻😻😻

I went to Shapiro to get my next 2 set of Invisalign trays. At this appointment, Tiffany helped me and she was AMAZING!!!! She asked how I was doing with the trays, fully listened to what I had to say and helped me with my issues! No one else has done that. She was so nice and friendly, I felt like I was talking to a friend. I 100% recommend her.

Usually (even when I show up early for my appointments) there is a long wait, however this time I was seen promptly. My only complaints: I wish I were able to decline the portion of the informed consent which said that my records will be shared; and calling last minute to reschedule my appointment time.

I am very happy to say. This is the best dentist i have ever went to. The Doctor and staff is out of this world. They make you feel at ease and they manners will surely bring patients to continue coming back A very big thank you to all.

Angel, at the front desk, was extremely efficient as she multitasked. Dr. Sanchez was caring, knowledgeable, and thorough in his explanations. - so much so that I am returning this week for additional work, something I had not planned on doing. His assistant was also excellent.

My last two visits you have a dental technician named Kim who was very professional. Not only did she perform her regular duties (X-rays, etc), but she helped me to understand the billing, and went out of her way to correct mistakes on same. It is apparent that she was very experienced with the dental business! In addition, you have a new young Dentist (He was dressed as Elvis on Halloween) who definitely new what he was doing! Great mannerism also! Just wish I didn’t have to replace crowns that are only 5 years old. He did explain it is apparent I grind my teeth (self inflicted pain). I was supposed to get a mouth guard after teeth were replaced last time, but unfortunately never received same! Mike Caulfield

Staff is always friendly. Dominic was very pleasant and customer friendly and with his light humor made my daughter feel comfortable being in the dentist's chair which can be fearful at times. It took more time than usual for the dentist to see my daughter but things happen sometimes unexpectedly beyond dentist's control and that's understandable.

The staff is so nice! I was only disappointed with the fact of having to wait almost 2 weeks to have teeth pulled because I can't afford to have them fixed. It is a very painful wait.

This is by far the best this is office I've ever been to in Palm Beach County. The staff is very hospitable, the atmosphere is very serene, and the office is very clean I will refer Dr Shapiro as well as all of her staff including my favorite Randy to anybody who has Dental needs.

My dental hygienist was beyond amazing. She made me feel very comfortable and laid back while getting my procedure done. I have a phobia of the dentist but while I was with her my phobia went right out the door. I would recommend her to anyone who has a phobia of getting anything done at Shapiro dentistry.

The purpose/need for the periodontal exam could have been explained better. I’ve never heard of such a thing & still don’t understand why it is such a big concern.... Felt like I’d brought my car in for a $19.99 oil change only to be told that I have a list of suggested repairs and preventative maintenance that “needs” to be done & the new cost is $500. I think some further patient education is required. Maybe a video playing on the big screen TV in the waiting room vs CNN?
