Initially I was very hesitant to embrace The weight training and exercise regimen I was presented. In the end, I am very impressed as to how the whole process worked after I realized it was the best thing for my rehab. The staff was very professional and informative and helped me to realize so many of the flaws in my posture over the years and enabled me to see how sticking to the exercise regimen could be the key to me avoiding injuries in the future.
