Ventura Urgent Care Center was quick and efficient during my visit there and I would recommend them to others.

Front desk looks like they could care less and older lady was on the phone. Looked bothered that I was there. The medical assistant was very kind both times I’ve gone and both providers I’ve seen were very attentive especially Mr. Lopez.

I called the clinic twice to check their wait times before I went. The lady who took my call was courteous. I went to the clinic past 8pm and the wait was not long. Staffs were friendly, helpful, and very resourceful. I would highly recommend this clinic.

The reception staff appeared to be doing a good job, but the waiting room was full, and after arriving at 11:04 a.m., I did not get help until about 2:20 p.m. I was very satisfied with the visit other than the long wait. It seems there should be a remedy for this.

Pleasant and efficient. Was so happy the office was open on Easter Sunday. I got there right at opening and was done in less than 30 minutes.

The doctor was very knowledgeable. Spent a nice amount of time with me. I was happy with my appointment. It took quite a long time to get in. When I showed up there was only two other customers, so I didn’t think it would take very long. I noticed after 2 hours of waiting a small notice to customers, if you waiting time is longer than an hour you can leave and come back. I was not told of my waiting time. Also, the two employees at the front desk were nice, however talked quite loudly about their personal issues. I thought it was very unprofessional!

This Urgent Care is professional yet personable. It has a clean, sunny office with helpful, kind staff. I didn’t feel hurried, pushed through or ignored as the nurse checked my vitals during intake; or when the CNP performed my exam. I was listened to and validated with good advice and healthcare.

I realize this is urgent care and difficult to predict, but the waiting to be seen Is uncomfortably long. Outside of the wait, the care provided outstanding. Barbara and Joani are so nice and patient it made coping with an emergency tolerable.

Initially I went Thursday for a pre-op clearance & when I realized it was up to a two hour wait I was told I could come back later or the the next day . I came back Friday night @ 9 & they then told me they already took in their last patient. I’m so very grateful they accommodated me & I got my pre-op clearance . Thank you 😊

Joanie, the nurse practitioner, was very efficient, knowledgeable, and caring. She recommended a thorough examination and testing and that the ER would accomplish that. My waiting period to see the nurse was 3 hours. Not very urgent with assistance.

I didn’t have to wait long I got good service and I’m getting better now

Kind people who let me know how much time the wait would be and gave me ibuprofen for my pain in the mean time. They gave me antibiotics right then and there; no need to pick up prescriptions or anything, and I only paid about $140 for the whole thing. I would definitely be back if I need care that isn’t an emergency and I’m going to recommend this place to everyone I know.

I was truly impressed by the care I had received from urgent care from the physician to the staff. Dr. Ekelem was friendly, courteous and professional. Highly recommended. I liked the fact that the location was convenient and my wait time was only 15 minutes before I saw the doctor, unlike overcrowded ER waiting rooms where the wait time is at least an hour.

Very kind people and patient i was in extreem pain and they help me out as soon as they could. Did not get copy of urin test results to bring to doctor. Please email me urin test by tomorrow i have made and appointment to see my GP

Dr Susan wrote me a script for my anti depressants that I had unfortunately due to circumstances couldn’t get for over a month. I was in a state of desperation and my depression and anxiety was at an all time high. Not only did she help me get back on my meds but she gave me a discount card for the script and her presence made me feel comfortable and relieved. I struggle as it is going to doctors offices but she made it very easy for me. I’m so thankful I was able to deal with her yesterday. I really needed her help enormously. Also the news was on the tv when we went in and it was of course all bery negative events, the receptionist whom I didn’t get her name, changed the channel for me and I also really appreciated that as well. Everyone there was very pleasant and I am more than satisfied with my experience. So thank you. That was the Ventura office!

I thought the office staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I also found them to be open to understanding how my insurance worked and I have never had that before. I didn't really care for the doctor I saw but she seemed ok just may be we didn't click. Felt like she didn't wanna listen to me and my needs but wanted to push her agenda. However the convienance of location and wonderful office staff and Dr assistant I would definitely return even though I didn't care for the manners of the Dr herself.

I went to he urgent care today 5-10-18 and everyone there was so nice!! I’m sorry I don’t remember names, but I was there at 8 am the check-in staff was amazing, the nurse that took my vitals was awesome and the doctor was so nice.!! Even though I was there for an hour and a half I could’ve stayed longer talking to everyone!! I love this urgent care

Wait was twice as long as quoted. However Dr got right to the sickness and To the root cause and treatment. She was thorough and professional. On my way to getting back to heath. I would recommend having specialists for children and babies!
