It was a pleasant experience, the place was busy but I didn’t wait long, everybody was friendly, My regular doctor wasn’t available so I had to see someone else. The Doctor was thorough discussing all what I needed to know , My Medical insurance doesn’t cover glasses but they gave me a discount and a free second pair of glasses so I was happy at the end of the day

I had an appointment with Dr. Parker. However, when I arrived I was told Dr. Parker was now working out if a different office and I would be seeing someone else. I had expected to see Dr. Parker and was extreme disappointed to learn I would be seeing a different doctor. I would have appreciated a call prior to the appointment to ask if I would be willing to change doctors. Although Dr. Lopez provided good service I was very disappointed that I had not been notified prior to my visit.

I had just broken my glasses the night before. I was recommended Westminster eyecare through another optometrist and I’m more than happy w/my care. I needed glasses ASAP, within a 5 minute call I had an appointment the same day and my visit was timely and thorough. Thankfully my prescription was in house and I had my two new pairs(there was a nice sale on frames/lenses at the time of my visit)within an hour or so. Definitely would recommend for those w/my insurance, every one very nice to me as well.

What I don't like is the o have to wait to be seen by the doctor. I usually got at the place 15 minutes before and have to wait puke 35 or 40 minutes. if you take your time and do all posible to get there on time it should be appreciated

The update of my coordination of benefits...I did it when I was there earlier this year not expecting I’d have to do it again (when I looked on my insurance company website it said I need to do it once a year so that was confusing). They called to confirm my appointment but then called the evening before to tell me about the update needing to be done. I was at work, the appointment confirmation was one of the few times I had my cell in front of me so I answered. I feel like that’s something that could’ve been communicated earlier. I understand it’s supposed to be a quick process but in this case it wasn’t (the system was down and I couldn’t do the update). They were kind enough to just let me do the appointment and bill me later if needed which I appreciate. But I would’ve done earlier had I known I need to earlier. A little bit better communication needed in my opinion.

It was difficult for me to have a new eye care provider as I had been seeing Dr Karambelas for more than 25 years and he was a very special and beloved man. I was very happy with the care I got from Dr. Parker and the rest of the staff. Dr. Parker explained things very well and the staff was polite and helpful.

Service is great once I got inside did the preliminary eye exam and saw the Doctor. Couple of things: 1.Waiting room design seems conjusted- with the arrangement of the chairs. Maybe it is time to get a new space ? Yes? No? 2. Front desk attendants need to smile a bit. They seem to only smile when you speak Hispano - just an observation. Overall the 15 min wait this time was not bad , though I got there on time -4:15pm.

I had rush there for emergency eye injury and the doctors were great and very caring and kept up on me till I had it rechecked since Ive been back many times ONLY THING I Find VERY DISRESPECTFUL is when the nurses are discussing me and my situation in front of me BUT their speaking in spanish I Found this so Distasteful and disrespectful. I understand they all need to speak 2nd language but thats just it They're forgetting that English is the language of AMERICA! I hope all has a great day!

And then, since my treatment prevented using contact lenses, they did everything they possibly could to get me glasses ASAP, without which i cannot see. It's a good place to get Your Eye care, the doctor is very friendly and all staff.

The dr was very nice and knowledgeable the staff was polite too everyone with a smile on their faces!

The wait time was short and the assistants that checked in and worked up were great. The doctor was nice and the visit was quick. My only complaint was when I checked out I was to make a follow-up appt, and when I arrived at the window to do so the assistant that was sitting there said nothing to me, then after about about ten seconds got up and left the desk. She returned several minutes later, meanwhile the other two assistants sitting in that area probably could have made my appt for me, but did not. I was left to wait, awkwardly, until the other person came back and made my appt. That wasn’t great.

I love when I went there but when they put the eye drops it really hurted but I liked it and I can't believe my brothers having glasses he went there too in two months they're giving him his glasses and I'm having another appointment hopefully they don't put the eye drops in and I loved it😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😘😘😘🤔😘😘🤔😂😂😂😊😊😊😊🤣😋🦄🐩🐄

The staff was professional and fast. The doctor was very thorough and made sure to do a complete check of my eyes. She even recommended over the counter eye drops.

Everiting is fine

The appointment was fast, usually takes a long time, but it was faster than ever. Only thing that i did not like was the fact that they dont have as many option for the glasses frame that the insurance covers.

Really good doctor Nicholas is the best

You took time to allow my son to be 4 and explore his surroundings before diving into business. He didn't enjoy the eye drops but it was our third attempt to get them in and we finally succeeded. After he was fine, he went back to enjoying and learning about the eye Doctors Office. -Great Job. A single mom!

I usually don't do this because there is always something that i don't like about appoinments just in general. I want to say that I was very satisfied and happy the day of my appoinment with you guys. My appoinment was for 8 am and they called me in at like 8:05 am which was perfect . I was only there for less then 30 minites. I was very happy to be in and out.
