As a nutritionist in San Diego, I understand the bombardment of information people receive on a daily basis about what they should and should not be eating, about how many calories are in this or that. It becomes simply overwhelming to know what to eat anymore. My goal is to help you on a path to awareness of how foods affect your body, knowledge about the more nutritious options available, empowerment to create healthy eating for yourself that is manageable for a lifetime. For many of us, food is the celebration of life and social interactions. It is not realistic to expect perfection. I simply want to educate, and inspire my clients to make healthy choices 90% of the time and indulge every now and then.
In my San Diego nutrition and lifestyle coaching practice I help clients to resolve issues that relate directly to their diet. Clients come to me with a variety of health complaints, including digestive distress, excess body weight, blood sugar instability, allergies, sleep disturbances, low energy, frequent colds and low immunity.
