I have taken 3 courses from Dr. Voth--the basic MBSR course, the mindful eating course, and then a refresher MBSR. As you can probably guess, meditation was never a part of my lifestyle (my type-A personality was highly honed and perfected) and it isn't a practice that I find easy to develop. My experiences in Rochelle's classes and her drop-in sessions, however, been life-altering (just ask my husband who has lived with me for 30 years). Rochelle's guidance, patience, and support have helped me to think about life in new and much more healthful ways. I highly recommend checking out New Mindful Life at an introductory course or a drop-in session.

Dr. Voth is an exceptional mindfulness meditation teacher! When I started attempting meditation, I really knew nothing about what it meant and how beneficial it was for your body, mind, and spirit to have the time to quietly reflect without judgement. Today, I actively try to live a more mindful lifestyle and it allows me to not only make sounder decisions but to handle stress in a much more functional way. I would highly recommend attending one of New Mindful Life's meditation sessions to see for yourself just how beneficial it can be.
