Biography

Dr. Tam Le graduated in 2005 from Illinois College of Optometry. She has been involved with retail optometry at Lenscrafters, Costco and Walmart since graduation. She started her own private optometry practice in Escondido in 2010. Her motto for practicing optometry is through honesty towards her patients. Dr. Le will tell her patients what they need to know to take better care of their eyes. You can trust her knowledge and careness to be your primary eye care physician.

Dr. Le grew up in San Diego, California. She developed interest in becoming an optometrist since she was young. In pursuing her career goal, she did her undergraduate at UCSD majoring in General Biology. During her schooling at UCSD she volunteered at multiple optometrist locations specialized in general optometry and vision therapy. Her internship was done at Camp Pendleton, specialized in Primary EyeCare. She did her rotations in Vision Therapy, Low Vision and Ocular Diseases. Dr. Le is an active member of the American Optometric Association, the American Optometric Society and American Contact Lens Society.
