Gentle warm professional environment.

In the past couple of years we have had the sad experience of retirement or moving on of all our primary care providers as well as Dr. Travis Magelsen. We have been uneasy about all the transitions. So many new faces to get to know. I am now working with Dr. Crandall on a dental issue and am very pleased with his friendly and upbeat manner, and am feeling very confident in a great outcome and hopefully a long relationship with him and his new staff.

Had a 6th month cleaning and check up. The gal who does the cleaning is wonderful. She manages to do it without any discomfort for me. I no longer cringe when having this done.

Crandall family dentistry, definitely made me feel comfortable. I am , like many others nervous about going to the dentist. The dental assistants and the dentist helped make it a more relaxing visit. Thank you guys.

I have no social media accounts to which I can post a review. My teeth cleaning session was fine and I appreciate the continued high level of care. I was, and still am, saddened by the news of Travis's malady. I have been coming to this office since I was in my teens and I am now 66 years old. It was my hope that I could have continued to see Travis for my all my dental needs. His personal care and skill are things that others could emulate. Also, on a personal level, I am sorry that Lori may no longer provide her superlative care as a hygienist, but I am pleased to hear that she is able to cut back on her work time and give more of that time to her family and other interests.

In the mean time i have to deal with off and on pain. Kinda felt a pain medicine or antibiotic Should have been prescribed. That was the reason i schedule an appointment to have the tooth pain taken care of.

Kenoe does a great job cleaning my teeth - they are sensitive and she doesn't hurt me at all. I miss Dr. Magelsen but Dr. Crandall will be just fine, I feel confident that he will provide great care.

First, Kanoa cleaned my teeth, and got Dr. Crandall in to hear my request for a Spanish translation for dental instruments. Dr. Crandall then noticed that I had a loose crown. He integrated me into his schedule to check out the tooth, and install a temporary crown right then. Later he corrected the translations of the Spanish instruments that I had given him. I was pleased with Dr. Magelsen in my past dental work here, and continue to be pleased with Dr. Crandall, his assistant, and Kanoa in their dental service. They go the extra mile.

Kim was wonderful to talk to and a very caring hygienist, and Dr. Crandall is a stellar dentist who was great during my back to back appointments :)

There was a little confusion on my part of when my exam would start. They told me to come at 1:30, so I thought my appointment was then. Turns out it was actually at 2, and they just had me come early for paperwork. Not a big deal, just was frustrating because I thought I was left waiting. Other than that, I thought they were great! Very friendly and knowledgable.

I had my first root canal done today by Dr Magelsen and Kim. They set me at ease and took very good care of me. Eventho the procedure took almost 3 hrs I was so relaxed and didn't feel a thing. I would recommend Dr Magelsen and his staff.

I had an overall very good experience. For a fairly simple procedure (if there is such a thing) I was surprised that my face swelled up so much and that it was sore for a few days. I do appreciate very much that the doctor called me the next day to see how I was doing. I like having a dentist I trust that is so close to my home.
