Your office has maintained a comfortable, friendly space from the first time I went there almost 20 years ago.

Your staff is the best. My wife and I are always treated great and I dont recall an unpleasant experience. As for the glasses it seems you have the best brands and you're always concerned with our satisfaction. With that said, I've never considered going anywhere else! Thanks so much!!!

Staff is extremely helpful with frame selection, testing, billing and scheduling. Dr Broady always explains her diagnosis and prescriptions! No complaints with anything!

I was disappointed to find out that I had a$95 credit on my account from almost two years ago that had not been refunded to me. I wasn’t provided with a good explanation as to why a refund wasn’t made, but I was given an apology from the woman helping me.

My husband and I travel 40 miles to see Cindy. The staff are very helpfull. They go out of their way to answer any questions we might have with a smile . Cindy spends time explaining and showing me my test results.We don’t plan on going anywhere else for our vision care.
