Dr Krueger is one of the best dentist that I have ever been to in my life. She takes her time and very meticulous to get everything just right! She has a great sense of humor that puts you at ease and has an exceptional staff that makes you feel welcome when you walk through the doors and the hygenist's are superb that assist in the dental treatment.

The lady that did the xrays seemed to have some problem getting the whatever you call them properly stationed into my mouth As a result, the upper left side of my jaw has been sore and tender. It still is. Never had that happen before.

Everyone in the office was very nice and friendly. They were especially nice to our 3 year old granddaughter who was tagging along with us. The dental hygienist did a wonderful job of cleaning my teeth and was very gentle. The dentist checked my mouth guard and my bite and made adjustments in my mouth guard. She is very kind and pays attention to detail. The office and bathrooms are very clean. The waiting area offers coffee which my husband especially enjoyed. We had a very pleasant visit.

I was greeted professionally and spent only a few minutes in the waiting room before being taken to the procedure room. The two appointments needed for a crown were painless. Dr. Kreuzer called me at home to check on me several days after the first step. My experience was positive.

It was a 5 star visit. My teeth were cleaned, exrays checked, evaluation given, and questions answered! I was well pleased!

Dr Kreuzer is a kind and gentle soul. Her “chair side” manner with patients is impeccable. She’s professional, but also sensitive and empathetic to her patient’s needs. She always takes the time to explain procedures in layman’s terms. Her staff is also terrific! There’s a pleasant atmosphere in her office where everyone shares a smile and seems to work well together, which goes a long way in helping a patient feel at ease. I couldn’t imagine what my dental experiences would be like without Dr. Payne, who was my dentist for over 20 years, but I have to commend him on his choice of doctors to assume his practice. Dr. Kreuzer is a perfect fit!
