Staff is courteous and knowledgeable. No high pressure sales for frames or lenses. I felt like the staff took all the time I needed to pick out exactly what I needed even though she had to stay late. As usual, the doctor was great and the staff was friendly. I was concerned that I had already filled out the paperwork when I made my appointment but was asked to do it again until I pointed out that it was already done. That seems important so that you don't make patients fill out forms they've already done, even if it's unusual for them to do so. Also, I spoke to someone two days before my appointment about my insurance and still got a call the next day to confirm my appointment, but I was traveling. It might be good to have had me as confirmed from the first call. The script of the confirmation call scared me a little because I thought maybe my appointment would be canceled if I didn't call back, but I was traveling the entire day. Fortunately, it wasn't but maybe look at the script again to see if it can be made a little less ambiguous? Anyway, it was overall a good visit and I'm grateful for the care.

Everyone was so nice, especially when my eyes were dilated and I couldn’t see!

Went in for my Annual eye exam, for glasses and contacts. They answered all of my questions and were very thorough. I have been considering laser eye surgery, and they were able to answer a lot of my questions, and helped me decide if it really is a good choice for me. They spent a lot of time with me and didn’t rush me out the door. They also did a great job estimating my costs before my appointment so I wasn’t blindsided by anything when I was done.

Dr. Fuemmeler has been my optometrist for about 6 years. I don't think I could receive better care at any other office. She and her staff are efficient, thorough, and precise. My eyeglasses are the best I've ever had and I feel confident that my eye health is very good given the amount of high-tech testing received. Can't compliment Renee enough for having found a potentially harmful tumor on my eyelid; she referred me to a top-notch surgeon who took care of it in short order. I highly recommend this practice to my friends.

I always get a few questions I have in regards to ocular health answered, and I always like that. The receptionist is very well spoken and clear. He is very good at explaining the welcoming process and everything. The tech makes me feel very comfortable, she is very relaxed, while being attentive and engaged. Dr. Fuemmeler is great to work with. She is relaxed, gentle, professional, and interesting. Picking out lenses and frames is so much fun here. You get one on one attention, feedback, encouragement, and all the time you need. Have had nothing but pleasent experiences with Accent on Vision East.
