Overall from the staff to the dentistry are very well equipped from their performances and duties. Staffed seems to be highly trained you’ll be surprised on how well they operate, always are so inviting and friendly! Nothing but positive vibes.... I highly recommend ACCESS DENTAL!

Excellent service

In all my years of going to the dentist, I’ve never had such a smooth appointment. This ended up be an extraction and I had no discomfort or pain. The numbing needle has always caused me great pain and I felt nothing. I would recommend this dentist to everyone.

The dental assistant and the dentist and the hygienist were very friendly and took very good care of me. It was my first visit and I was treated like a good friend.

Hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time. Bad teeth. Afraid to go. Broke a tooth and had to go! Relieved that I was greeted so warmly! The Dentist I saw, Dr. Kron, was fantastic. . Very professional, gentle, and Knowledgeable (with a capital ‘K’!) Before he started working on me, he went over health questions and was able to ‘catch’ a condition that would have gone unnoticed and which affected the procedure he used. I am very, very thankful for him and the staff at Access Dental!

Access Dental helped me when no other dentist in Olympia, WA would, by simply accepting my State insurance. I was very ill with an abscessed tooth and periodontal disease. All of my dental work was completed, 12/18/2018, by wonderfully polite and caring professionals. I will be using some of my limited resources to become a member of your dental health program. My first cleaning, as a member of this program, is already scheduled for 01/15/2019. I am 55 year old, widowed, licensed caregiver and nursing assistant, completing my nursing prerequisites at SPSCC before attending the practical nursing program at my chosen vocational technical college. Ten hours per quarter in college leaves time for only twenty-eight hours employment per week. This equates to approximately six-eight hours per week. Without this dental program, I would have become very ill. Thank you Access Dental for helping me to achieve good dental health! ;-D

Access dental has very friendly staff. As a new patient they got me in overnight. The dentist was wonderful. The only thing was I was confused because the dentist and aide set me up with a dental plan and then went out to get next appointment expecting to get to come back and get a painful tooth taken care of and the counter staff gives me a referral. Not angry, just confused!

I had such bad anxiety about coming in. I explained all of this to the staff. I have had horrible dental experiences in the past and my fear was over whelming. The dental assistant who was working with me kept me distracted, I could tell that she actually cared about my situation.
