Due to Insurance changes, I needed a new eye care provider. I narrowed it down to 2 based on location and then chose from those 2 based on Google reviews. I can see why they got such great reviews and I am so happy I chose them. The doctor and staff are all very kind and helpful. I highly recommend!!!

I found this office about a month ago. It’s in a very nice location, easy to find. The girls in the office or compassionate and helpful and kind. They help with picking out the best glasses that look good on your face. They work with you to make sure you’re happy with what you get! The doctor is very kind and is interested in making sure he does a good job giving you the right prescription!

Great exam and super service picking out frames

Everyone is always so upbeat, happy and friendly. From the time I made the appointment over the phone, during the visit and when I headed out the door. Good music was playing in the background also. It’s always such a warm friendly atmosphere in the office! It is very obvious the employees are well trained and very happy in their jobs!

This is my 3rd year going to Active Eyewear. The service is professional and friendly. There is not any waiting with an appointment. The eyeglass frames I am interested in were not in the showcase, but they were more than happy to order them without obligation to purchase.

Our family of 5 have been patients of Active EyeCare for 7 years now. We return again and again due to their professionalism, friendly staff, high end quality of lenses as well as we have never had an issue with billing or those “unexpected” bills after our appointments. Highly recommended!

Good service and close to home

The lab has made so many mistakes it's a complete joke. Getting an eye test is fine, but absolutely do not order glasses from them. Every order for us has been screwed up or had to be done again. We will not purchase or replace anymore glasses with this business

My eye examination was one of the most comprehensive exams I ever had. My appointment was on time. The Optometrist keep me informed during my exam. I would recommend them to familiy and friends.

I got the answers I needed about my vision. Mark Fechtel O. D. was very professional. Up to date equipment. Office clean. Have been going there for 3 years now. I would recommend him.

Very pleased with everything in your office

I came early and was taken care of before my actual appointment time. The office girls are always very friendly and efficient. Dr. Fectel is always helpful, very efficient and explains everything. He seems to be a very good person and very pleasant. I have never experienced a problem during any of my visits with the office.

I Like the doctor and the test that he does. The only thing I have a problem is that when I made the appointment I said we were going to have the eye exam only. So when we went to go get our glasses you had the authorization for materials so we have to wait till you remove the Auth wich should have never been there.

After waiting over a half an hour past my appointment time, my visit with the dr. was speedy. Checking for a scratched cornea only took 15 minutes, including the prescription and sample drops. Dr. must have made up time on my visit!

I was shocked to read there's a charge for contacts. I still do not understand the cost. Otherwise I appreciated the friendly atmosphere.

I’ve never been treated so well before. The ladies at the front desk were wonderful and the doctor was amazing. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on for glasses.

I absolutely love the doctor but the woman who checked me out at the first visit seemed more concerned with another customer than me. She went to get my contacts and then went over to another customer that someone else was helping. In the meantime I had to wait and she didn’t give me a starter kit. I had to ask someone else for it. Today the visit was much better. The person who checked me out and helped me with sunglasses was very attentive and helpful.

Another thorough and Great Eye Exam by Dr Fechtel and Outstanding Service provided by Andre to find me the Best glasses, lens and additional lenses protection features and ensured all my insurance coverage was correctly billed. He provided outstanding Customer Service and demonstrated unconditional Patience with me and spent an enormous amount of time that I required to understand the Prescription Eye glass purrchase, products and protections. He is a true Professional and demonstrates the care necessary to ensure my complete satisfaction. I cannot Thank him and the Doctor enough for their demonstrated knowledge and expertise, Professionalism and Awesome Customer Service skills.
