My mom has dementia and the woman that tended to my mom was so gentle and caring. Spoke to her softly and convinced her to let her take some sharp edges off and make her dentures fit better. My mom went in there convinced that new dentures was the only answer. I wish I knew her name. Instead of doing the new dentures she went the way to adjust them and it has worked very well and the cherry on top is she didn’t charge anything for her service. The temp dentist that was there was really amazing!! I had a tooth extracted and he did a wonderful job, both in making me feel good about what was going to happen as well as being surprisingly gentle with the shot, which many drs are not, and in taking the tooth out. I’ve had bruising on and around my mouth due to some extractions, this one the swelling is almost down and it’s only been a day. I really wish y’all could get him full time!

Well I had to go to Advana because they made my partial-flexible base the first one broke thought it might be fixed but not now I need a new one but I have to have a deep cleaning hadn't planned on any of this

It is a comfortable place to be in and the treatment I received went well. I didn't understand the treatment case letter I received it was hard to understand. I went to Advana because I was very unhappy with the attitude (or lack of it), disregard for my questions, and ridiculous price for the treatment plan (which did not address my initial concerns) at my regular and highly recommended “Big Time” dentist. I also like the free consult and full X-Rays at Advana. I’’d already spent hundreds at the Big Boy dentist for the same thing just a few days earlier. Talk about a thorough exam, consultation, X-rays, and detailed cost analysis! Like night and day! Dr Sharma actually listened to my main concerns and devised a plan that I thought must be too good to be true. I paid cash, there was a serious discount for that, unlike the anemic discount offered at the Big Boy dentist for cash. The treatment plan took several months to complete due to tooth prep, lab work for crowns, fillings, weather and vacation. Dr Sharma and staff were dedicated to reducing my fear of dentists (sorry, just facts) and dental discomfort. Absolutely the most patient and friendly staff ever! Never made me feel like a “baby” for needing extra pain meds. (Which I did) Previous Big Boy dentist practically snarled and scoffed at my dental pain intolerance. Now that it’s all finished, I’ll never go anywhere else. After years of living with badly chipped front teeth, I love my new crowns and we have extra money to spend on something we really want! Great job to everyone there! Thank you!

My experience with Advana was nice, lots of paperwork to fill out, everyone was friendly, the x-ray tech was beening helped out by another co-worker who turned out to be my hygienist for my teeth cleaning, this tech was very good at her job👍👍

I went in to either get a new upper denture or repair my old one. They had people to give you a consultation and an opportunity to ask any questions you may have. They advised me I would need upper and lower since my dentures were made at another dentist. They couldn't guarantee how my new upper would work with my old lower. So I opted to just repair my upper which was a mess. A front tooth had come out so I had tried to super glue it back in. I got it in crooked and it dried before I could straighten it. So it protruded out. I also got glue on the next tooth. The repair lab is onsite so when the lady technician came in , she said she would do what she could. I told her I was going to pray for her to do a good job and that I thought I would be pleased with the result. I was told to come back at 4:00. Right on time my upper denture was ready. I got to go in the restroom to try on the denture. Immediately, upon looking in the mirror I was smiling broadly. It looked like a brand new denture. She also cleaned off the gunk glue on the adjacent tooth. I asked the name of the lab technician who did the repair. I was told her name was Marilyn. I told the dental reception lady to please tell Marilyn how pleased I was with her work. And I thanked the Lord for helping her. The only thing I didn't like with the whole experience was I had to have an exray. They said there was no charge but that it was a state law. So you'd Probably get that wherever you went. The fee for two front teeth replaced was reasonable. I would recommend Advana to anyone.

The only complaint I have is when I called to make appointment I understood that the periodontist would be back in 6 weeks so I went ahead to do the preliminary appointment so I could be ready to go when she got back. My time off at work is limited and once I get to appointment I’m told she may be gone longer and I was recommended another periodontist and that will cause another day off. Other than that, the staff was great.

Every visit was great except for the one when the oriental lady did the extractions, she was very rough!! She didn't use anything like a topical numbing agent like ambesol or whatever it is they use she gave me seven shots? I think ? In the roof of my mouth and didn't give the first one time to take affect...

My wife was there for a Pre-scheduled Appointment , I went to the lady at the counter, told her I had no appointment but my wife was there for one, and wanted to know if there was anyway I could sneak in and get my top denture plate , she was extremely helpful about getting my chart food, and sent to the back, it only took a very short time and I was back there top denture plate adjusted and back before my wife was even done , the adjustment feels so much better , thank y’all for being so fast and helpful

This was for my mother and she is 87 with dentures. They were very nice to her and me and gave info on all her options.

The top teeth are find but will have to start using Fixodent on them. My bottom teeth are a lot better but I guess I am going to use a lot of Fixodent but in front and on the side have sores in my mouth.So don't wear them except to eat. Thank you

The staff, receptionists to doctors, have all been friendly effecient and knowledgeable. My longest wait after arriving might have been as long as 5 minutes. All care and instructions have been courteous, professional, and straight forward. Minimal pain. Don't know what else one can ask for in dental care.

I am from out of state. Since I left amarillo I have not seen the dentist. When I came to visit family, I was mentioning I needed to have a dental check up. I was unaware that advana was seeing patients on that Saturday I was visiting family. I was a patient of theirs when I resided in amarillo. It has been about 2 years since I had a cleaning done. Appointment was made for me. All the staff there are very professional but also made me feel like a part of the family. That is a great team. The doctor was great as well.
