Explained well to me.

The scan experience was great. The hard sell prior to the scan was equal to any timeshare sales speech I've ever heard. The real "turn off" was the repetitive use of "it's just money".

Was a nice experience with good information. With plas for more scans explained and affordable with in my range and including if I should choose to bring anyone else. The scan can look at your body better ten a Dr. can. The only thing missing was a blood test only understood that wouldn’t be needed with what the scans will see over time.

I wish that everyone could do this.

I discovered I had a high calcium score. Which was unknown to me before the scan. Now I am treating that condition

The scan went well. Did not like the pressure to try to push us into a complete body scan.

We went in for a heart and lung scan. While we were there we learned about other scans. They are not so aggressive and certainly ones that would help us make wise decisions and know we have more options than we thought. Our body is the only one we have. We need to take care of it and not let someone tell us what to do and we just except whatever they say. We should be in control. Thank you for sharing other option for us.

Got in right away. Spent an hr listening about what all other scans they offer and then went over pricing. Very nice people! I was disappointed I didn’t get results that day as that was what I was expecting. I had understood that I would get the results that day and a Dr would go over my results with me. But after I was there they told me they’d mail the results unless there is something wrong and then they’d call me. So that was disappointing. I think the technology they have is outstanding from what I was shown what all they can find.

Charles is very informative and knowledgeable. Maria was very friendly and courteous while performing the heart and lung scan. The cost of your plans is the only reason we didn't buy one.

Great people. Nothing unpleasant about the appointment or the scan. Made me aware of two issues I needed to be aware of. Early in the processes, probably extended my life. I highly recommend.

The scan was good but the man that did our tour and pitch seem to become upset when we didn’t buy the package. I would have liked to do a body scan on my husband but one time only. But not sure would come back there because of his behavior.

Everything was super easy and fast. Our heart scans are back already ( in 4 days) My calcium score was zero which is great. My husband was found to have a very high score and a clogged descending aeortic artery which causes the widow maker heart attack’s. This scan has literally saved his life as he had no symptoms. Dr Dombek has been great to work with and helpful in answering all of our questions

I thought the staff was friendly, however I know that you’re in business to be profitable but was not anticipating a sales pitch and felt a little pressured to purchase more scans when really I was focused on my heart and lung scan which was already purchased. I would consider limiting the time spent on sales pitch and more time on the patients needs.

Wasn’t expecting a long introduction on this scan, my opinion would be after getting the results is to set up a meeting for future appointments. As a few of my friends had bought a scan too and really do not want to go through the whole time share type of deal.

Not sure if the package I never received would have given me more information about the types of plans you offer for a long term strategy. The person I met with was super knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I appreciated that approach and still considering the options he offered. I’m self employed right now and hesitant to commit to financial burdens right now. Again - I am grateful and appreciate the opportunity to get such an extremely valuable service at such a minimal cost.

The experience went well last Friday. Still have not received results. Hope I don't have heart disease or cancer and have a day to live. I won't be here after tomorrow for the results because I'll already be gone. It appears to be that you want more money for additional tests and good feedback but can't get test results back soon. If there is ever a next time, your get payment after the test results. How's this for feedback!

The session was very informative

We enjoyed our consultation and really wish we could afford to have a full body scan. Some things, I believe, should just be given if you have the ability to do so. If your mission is truly trying to save lives, then a full body Scan should just be given. I think that dangling a carrot out there, putting another burden on someone's heart about all the things that can go wrong with your body, scaring them essentially, then saying for the low price of such and such, we have the ability to scan your body and save you to people that can't afford the the equivalent of an additional car payment. I had my scan done on 10-10-2018 and got the results back today. Very relieved. I am healthy! 61 years old and a smoker for 40 years! The staff is great. Teresa is a sweetheart! I will be back next year to do it again. Roger

Very nice, clean, and comfortable facility. Representative that we dealt with was very professional, personable, and helpful. The technician that did the scan was also professionally and kind.

Scans were quick and easy. Reasoning for scans was great. The only drawback was the length of the presentation. It took almost 2 hours. If I’m not convinced in the first 30 minutes, another 60 minutes isn’t going to matter. I was trying not to fall asleep and had to keep stifling yawns.

The scam part was nice and easy, people were very nice and accommodating. The only problem we had was that it was like they were trying to sell us a timeshare. They promised us a one hour meeting before hand, And made us to believe it was about medical history. It lasted way too long, Well over an hour. The scan itself took about 10 minutes.

The scan was great but I feel it's each individual's decision to sit through a presentation about other body organs. The lady was nice but the presentation shoukd have been more about the organs I was having done. Sitting through an hour long presentation in order to have me sign up for something I financially cannot afford was disappointing and a waste of everyone's time. It shoukd be a choice to sit through the presentation not a requirement.

The whole experience was great. Everyone was kind and willing to answer questions and make accommodations as needed. The paperwork process was quite long. (I'm not sure exactly how much of that was needed for a cash patient so that was a bit much). The environment was beautiful and the video in the back waiting room was quite informative. I was told it would be approx. 2 weeks before the test results would be mailed to me. I’m disappointed that a M.D. didn’t take an initial look to see if there were any abnormalities & then tell me something. Don’t know if my heart is ok or if I need to see a Cardiologist.

While I whole heartedly agree with these scans the purchase prices and plans are presented as though you are buying time share. I was treated with respect. I did buy two scans. I never talked to anyone who enjoyed being put on the spot to buy something.

The staff were really nice. There were 2 cancellations before our appointment and we still waited about 25 min after our appointment time.

The knowledge is great! Being proactive is important rather than reactive. The healthcare system is broken today and being responsible for our own healthcare is very empowering.
