My appointment was timely and I received my glasses in 2 days! Awesome that they have a lab on site. Professional and Courteous staff. Highly recommend.

My wife and I were getting new tires put onto our car when my wife saw the sign for eye glasses. She walked over to the store. I waited to get the new tires put onto our vehicle. I drove over and walked in looking for my wife. She was talking with a gentleman at the first desk. He greeted me with a warm smile and by saying "Hello. Can we help you?" My wife laughed and said "Don't worry, he's with me." The gentleman offered me a place to sit beside my wife. My wife is a high school teacher and she loves talking to people who are educated. I sat and listened at first, and then I found myself engaged in the conversation they were having. It turned out that "the gentleman" was the owner of the store. Bottom line: "My wife and I both were exceedingly happy with our experience at this store, and we both had vision tests done, and we purchased glasses. WE highly recommend this store to anyone that's considering vision testing, eye glasses, or simply for good conversation, laughter and friendliness."

Dr. Benvenuto was very personable and cheerful, as well as professional. She made a new patient feel like they were going there for years. Advanced Vision had a terrific array of frames to choose from. Jean-Philippe was extremely knowledgeable about selecting the right frame, and was a delight to talk with.

Ms. Saabedra was very helpful in my selection of frames. Tina and the entire staff were very professional and patient...never made me feel rushed. Staff was friendly and professional.

Everyone is very friendly and nice. The initial frames that I picked out broke while the staff was placing my lens in, they informed me right away and picked out different options for me and completed then the same day. Now they would have gotten 5 stars but the prices for the frames there are a little on the pricy side. Have to work out the price point on frames a little. Great options to choose from though, staff is wonderful, and great quality of work on my lenses.

Very good people I loved it....love my glasses

I appreciated the doctor's helpfulness. The receptionist was not as willing to help me out or make the process smooth (as I am from out of town and had my prescription faxed). I respect her hesitation in distributing contacts when my state's optometrist guidelines may not be the same as Florida's, but my prescription was clearly written and she continued questioning it and telling me it was expired when it was not.

The staff at Advanced Vision are well versed in the different products offered for eye care. The doctor and staff were friendly and informative. They offer a variety of frames to choose from. I am extreamly particular when choosing glasses and the staff was very patient while I tried on many types of frames. We found the perfect set. I would highly recommend this organization.

Everyone was very friendly, but the appointment was very long. My appt was at noon and had to wait almost an hour just to see the doctor.

Well..it's too expensive fr us because I was offered to put on four things on the glasses fr like 100.$ each but I cant afford it..so I just take the basic because the ins. do not cover that..thx
