Really respected Dr. Wu on his 100% involvement in whole office…mutual professional and personal respect among staff was palpable. That is hard work & intention! Dr. took time to listen and was interested…”survey”/dara collection is the ideal 1st level of patient entry into care. However,one area for improvement would be on the other component of patient-entry…& patient recruitment(?!) …which would be transparency of the sequence of process& data collection and expectations of possible procedures, alternative preferences that this office prefers/advocates.???? We are still unclear as to what would be “next”….after investing a great dealnof money…which “feels” we did “blindly”. We experienced a Leap of faith dentistry visit, but Dr. was so impressive that we are returning. Note: we had inexpected,new procedures , amd some residual pain afterwards,so this stress could be avoided w online “data collection” described? Patients would be attracted to a practice that conducts such procedures and stress would be eliminated by having earlier communication clarity. Feel free to select the positive statements for “sharing”….felt as an educator…there was some “opportunities “ missed for preparing/educating potential patients. Note: the desk manager is exceptional at greeting and phone communication! We have never experienced someone this professional and capable! Thanks!

I was having trouble with my sleep apnea appliance and was getting disappointed, but the office contacted me and I went in and explained my problems. Right away Dr Yu set about finding out about why I was having problems, he right away took action to have the appliance put right to the way I need it to work. Very pleased with the response I received from the doctor and his staff.

Dr. Lew is the best! I always feel like I am in great hands when he is in charge. I am so grateful for him and all the great staff! Thank you for such great care!

The hygienist was thorough and careful. The dentist was very thorough and careful. I have very high confidence in him. I have been going to him for many years.

Called in the am with a chipped tooth from the weekend and they fit me in their schedule at noon. I was taken back within 5 min of arriving and the work was done to fix my tooth. Walked out about 30 min after I arrived very satisfied! Thank you, Dr Yu and staff!!

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I never have to wait to be placed in a room and start treatment. When I call, they answer the phones promptly and curtiously. They also send me texts as another form of communication which is personally a convenience for me. The atmosphere is comfortable and serene. It’s nice to be able to look outside into the woods from a big picture window as I’m receiving treatment. Plus there is a TV screen projecting nature scenes. No educational information, no shows and no advertisements. Very good strategy to put the patient into a calm state. The office is also very clean and the staff are dressed appropriately. Dr. Yu is very easy to talk to. He is an easy going guy that makes you feel very comfortable and takes the time to listen to you and answer your questions as he continues with your visit. I came to Dr Yu primarily for TMJ/TMD. I must say I had my reservations but he assured me to have faith in him and so far he has proven himself to be true. I have had TMJ for many, many years and my jaw no longer has the loud embarrassing clicking sound or movement. I’ve been with Dr Yu for less than a year for this condition so I feel I’m now in the next beginning maintenance phase of my treatment. This is a huge milestone for me. I should have done this years ago. I know I would not have had to had root canals to 2 teeth if I had gone sooner in life to have this done. Dr Yu explained to me how TMJ can cause sensitivity to your teeth and make them feel like you have a tooth fracture when you don’t. Long story. Speak to Dr Yu about how that works. No dentist or endodontist has ever told me that. It makes a lot of sense to me know. I recommend before considering root canals or any teeth extractions to see Dr Yu. I feel I can trust Dr Yu to go to my next phase of dental correction which would be to remove 2 small almagam/mercury fillings. So a big thank you to you Dr Yu and your lovely Staff. Peggy D.

Enjoy the family atmosphere in the office from all staff.

Whenever I call the office, everyone is always very pleasant. I usually get Casandra who answers the phone , greets me at the door and schedules my next appointment. The office staff including Dr Yu has been very accommodating. It would be nice if they had evening or Friday hours but I understand they have a life, too.

Everyone is very nice and every understanding.I love how very up front they are. When they tell you what the price is that is what it is. It doesn't change. They also was willing to work with me. Definitely will recommend them.

Always a pleasant experience

Dr Yu always greets me with a smile. The ladies at the reception area are always pleasant. They look you in the eye with a smile. Their tone of voice is clear and friendly. The office atmosphere is clean and warm and soothing to seat and relax even though I never sat long before I was guided to go back into a room.

It was such a great experience every time and the people that works there were very friendly and very helpful.

The office was very clean and smelled nice because of the aroma therapy they have going on in the waiting room, it feels like home because they offer coffee/ water and the lady Ashlee B who took my x rays was the best . She was so bubbly and personable she really made the rainy day brighter for me. It’s peoples good attitude and positivity that makes the customers experience and whole day better.
