I was very satisfied with the facility,very clean,well disinfected do to the virus. The staff was very welcoming,friendly and helpful. The dentist was great, gave me the information needed. The only sad thing was they were not able to help me with my extended needs. I would recommend it though. Planning to take my son there soon. Thanks to all.🦋

Everything was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I called, came in same day, met with dentists, techs and assistants etc. No complaints whatsoever. The service, care, compassion and expertise is terrific! We will definitely be returning.

Unfortunately I did not get the names of the women at the front desk. But they were SO helpful and kind. The billing associate explained my insurance benefits to me in the easiest way, and assured me they would do everything they could to help me with any out of pocket costs, no one has ever taken the time to explain this to me before. I look forward to continuing business with this office.

The two young ladies at the front desk went above and beyond to help me locate my insurance information. They didn’t have to but they did it out of the kindness of their hearts. I’m so happy I selected All Star Dental, located at 12121 Western Ave. blue Island Illinois. The office staff were very efficient. My wait time to see the dentist was about 10 minutes after I completed my paperwork. The dentist examined my mouth and gums. He cleaned my teeth with a high-powered cleaner and he also did additional scaling to ensure my teeth were thoroughly cleaned. My teeth were polished, the dentist suggested additional work in my mouth and I took additional x-rays. I had a wonderful conversation about possible straightening my teeth and was given information on straightening my teeth. Again an efficient and thorough dental exam and cleaning. I recommend All Star Dental for your dental needs.

The staff was very courteous and welcoming the Dr took time to explain situations concerning my dental health and did not cause pain through out my procedure when he worked on a sensitive area of my teeth and gums he was very continence of the signal I gave that this was a sensitive area he immediately tailored his technique to ensure I was not in pain I was also impressed with how quickly and my xrays were taken care of and the fact that the technician was knowledgeable careful and did not mind answering my questions my overall experience was excellent I will be returning for more dental work shortly and look forward to having the same excellent experience as this last visit

I fell in love with the place. Yesterday was my first time visiting. I didn't make an appointment, I walked in and I got took care of in less than 30 minutes. They fixed my composite, gave me a fill in and cleaned my teeth. I will be making this my primary dentist office.👄❤️❤️❤️

Wonderful experience!!! Going there with a brave but terrified boy with absolute tooth pain. First off i called on a Monday and told them it was urgent and they got us in hrs later. The ex ray tech Natalie was friendly quick and kind. Dr. Francesca was outstanding she came in assessed the situation and set plan in motion. Natalie returned to exam room did a quick yet complete cleaning. Then we met Nikkita another amazing part of team and overall experience. She came in explained to myself and son that she would be putting a protective coat over other baby teeth to help prevent cavities. Again quick and easy. Then Dr. Francesca came in to pull 3 teeth and fill 1 cavity and cap one. Yes alot of work on a scared lil boy. She talked him through the entire procedure and kept making sure he was numb. All this time i was also able to be in room holding my childs hand. Our appointment was at 2 we where in room after xray at 215 and out the door by 320. I can recommend them enough. Truly compassionate professional staff that care about your child. Only tears shed was do to novicane shot. That is expected. Already made apt for my younger son with Dr Francesca!!!! You wont be disappointed
