Very time I have come into Dr Ricketts office. I have been met with pleasant people who have truly taken great care of me. They’ve made a point to keep me as comfortable as possible, even offered a blanket when the office was cold. My tooth was very difficult, Dr Ricketts took his time and made the experience as pleasant as he could! He even called to make sure I was doing well after my first procedure! I was VERY impressed after his long day that he took the time t check up on how I was doing. I would highly recommend Dr Ricketts and his staff!

Everybody in the office is very professional. Dr. Ricketts knows his stuff and is very good about keeping the patient informed as to what he's doing. Most patients wonder, but it's difficult to ask while you're being worked on. Also the technology used in the office seems to be pretty advanced. Great place for dental work beyond just your regular dentistry. Happy to recommend it.

Staff is great and Dr. Ricketts does phenomenal work. Unfortunately I had to loose a crown due to the work being done so it wasn’t a very pleasant trip both times, but regardless, his office does great work!

I apologize for my delay in responding. My experience with Altitude Endodontics has been very good, with a high quality staff. My biggest problem has been the costs. I felt that since my Dentist wasn’t able to do a completed Root Canal and had to send me to a specialist because he lost a piece of his tool inside the root Canal he should pay the fix! I would have gone to a specialist if I had realized there was a chance Dr. Craig couldn’t complete the job and cause me twice the charges. I live on Disability and make a very modest income.
