I have nothing but positive things to say about this practice. The office staff is so friendly and accommodating. Dr. Richter really knows what she is doing. My daughter had so many issues but Dr. Richter tackled them all. I even sought minor treatment myself. I am very happy with the results of both myself and my daughter. I highly recommend this practice.

Took my 2 kids there today. They explained everything to us, and they had a lot of patience with my kids and all their questions. My oldest said he now feels more comfortable with the idea of getting braces then he did when we first walked in the door.

My daughter Grace is just wrapping up and we could not be happier with her new smile. She had so many issues (tooth extractions, expander, etc.) but Dr. Richter knew what she was doing every step of the way. We could not be happier. The entire staff is always so pleasant and professional. I highly recommend this practice.

I cannot say enough good things about this office. My daughter just went through braces and retainers and now I just went for retainers myself. The office staff is always super nice and accommodating. I told Dr. Richter what I wanted and she listened and provided me what I needed. Annie, Rob and Ann Marie are always so pleasant. The entire staff makes this a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this practice.

Such a joy to walk into an office and be greeted by such a nice staff, every last one of them! They took care of my daughter and made her feel super comfortable. Love it here and We look forward to our visits once a month!

We were scheduled quickly and seen shortly after our arrival. The retainer was made in fitted one week later and we had no issues with anything .
