I’ve been coming here for a little over 5 years and each time I go the ladies in the front have delivered excellent customer service. Dr P is the sweetest and is professional with his work. It doesn’t even feel like any clinical procedure appointment it feels like I’m going to see a friend. I’ve gone to other optometrist in between those years but I always come back. No one can match the exceptional experience and the prices!!! GOSH!! The prices are great, even without insurance!!

Dr Persivich has been our eye Doctor for how many years way back when our three girls were still little, now they are grown ups with their own profession. The Doctor acknowledges that and in fact spends some time to talk and interact. He make us feel like we are his own family after the longevity of years. However we don’t feel that warm and welcoming gesture from his Staff. Every visit we make is a question : Is this your first visit or have you been here before. Its a flat affect, talking to the walls opposite to Dr Persivich who Is very kind , warm, and always reconnects. It means a lot to be welcomed warmly and not be treated as a stranger every time you visit. This is customer service and it is very important, acknowledge loyalty.

This is the second time I have been to Dr. Previsich's office, both times for an eye exam. He does a fine job and gives me the information I need to know, while answering all my questions. He has a good bedside manner too. My only complaint is that the young woman at the front desk - who also did tests on my eyes prior to my exam - was not particularly friendly. This is the reason why I gave four stars rather than five for my visit.

Once we selected the glasses for my Mom, everything went smooth and quick. She was friendly too. The only thing we were not happy with was the wait.

I loved the Dr he was awesome! However, my appointment was at 4:15 and I wasn’t seen until 5 PM. There were 2 women on staff behind the counter and I wish the older lady would have helped me because she was SO much more knowledgeable and I really didn’t trust that the girl who helped me made the best and cheapest choice concerning what my insurance payed for or didn’t pay for. Also, she wasn’t knowledgeable about Care Credit. However, she WAS very friendly and was trying her best but I think she just needed more training or experience. Also, the office made me feel a little chlostrophobic. The frame selection was good.

I went as a walk in and was in and out withing 25 minutes. The optometrist is very nice and helpful, he answered all my questions! The receptionist were nice and the selection of frames was very impressive.

Everybody here is very friendly and usually I get seen right away with an appointment. The only thing I wish they had a bigger selection of glasses. I wanted some raybands but they only had a few on display.
