The Andersen's Staff has been very friendly and helpful. Both the Doctor and Therapists have all been professional in manner and performance and have shown their interest in being dedicated to the patients rehabilitation. Goals and excerises are clear and concise as well as adjustments needed for either faster or slower than expected recovery (so you're not stuck doing excercises that have stopped being beneficial orbines that are yet too difficult). I have been to a lot of PT places in my life (sports injuries and surgeries) and Andersen's has by far been one of the better facilities I've ever been a patient at. I would certainly feel comfortable recommending Andersen's to friends or family for their PT needs.
