Dr. Was great. The rest of the time, I just felt rushed. Pair eyeglasses when you are legally blind is a very important purchase. I have a hard time picking out frames and I just felt rushed and I just hope I made a great decision. It's also great when an eye doctor can carry loaners. I'm hoping mine make it until my new one's are ready

It was such a great first experience! Walking in I was immediately helped and was checked in. Only sat for 5mins and saw the doctors. Each doctor (I saw 2) were kind and very knowledgeable! Answered all my silly questions but helped me understand what was going on with my eyes! And picking out my glasses was the best part! Felt pretty while trying them on and was easily assisted by one of the sweet ladies there. 10/10 service!! Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a new spot 👌🏽

The doctor was awesome and made it fun. However, your front desk person was extremely rude. The front desk is Our first impression. They should be the most upbeat and helpful. If you don’t want to help people then get out of the business.

This is my second time going to your office. I’ve had excellent service in all aspects, parking, greeted by front desk, Doctor and technicians. My last visit on 1/7 /2020, i had a migraine headache. Everyone was super caring in understanding my headache. Actually, after I finished with my appointment I began feeling better as I drove home. Thank you 😊!!

Only issue was i was unable to get the frames I wanted from you. I have ordered them from Amazon and will be bringing them in to have lenses put in. Wish I could have done it all at your shop as i have been coming there for 20 years. Overall though, great experience.

I arrived and office was 45 mins behind.. couldn’t wait.. so I rescheduled to a first morning appt. i will change Drs if it happens again.

Over all my experience was great, the only i noticed the glasses that the insurance cover are not to my expectations, always the same style, For years. It ll be great to have more stylish and modern.

I am very upset that your office doesn’t take Medicare so I have to see another doctor after going there for so many years. I am getting a secondary insurance (Blue Shield) but that’s not good enough according to the office manager. That’s not putting (old) patients first and it should be!!! I can see not accepting new patients with Medicare but Existing patients should not have to change!!!

I would highly recommend AMVCO with it's very dedicated, experienced and competent staff from the Doctor (Dr. Gail Gan, Bobby, etc) to the receptionist. The modern and new diagnostic equipment is also a plus.

Great Eye center and superb customer service:

The appt. Process was quick and efficient, was lucky enough to get a next day which for me was especially beneficial as I have special circumstances that make it very difficult to plan to far into the future. The Dr. and staff are very courteous and professional , knowledgeable. about their work and are swift without being rushed. I always feel like I'm an important part of the team as well and I couldn't say anything but that anyone would be well served this business!

The doctor is very knowledgeable and personable. She listens and addresses concerns. I have had a great experience for a routine eye exam, as well as an evaluation for red/irritated eyes. Both visits, she provided me with a thorough exam and very helpful patient education. She suggested a great over-the-counter eye drop and the perfect contact lenses for my dry eyes. She never appears rushed and you can really tell that she is passionate about her profession. Many thanks to her and the staff!

The doctor who examined my eyes was generous with his time and answered all of my questions. The assistant who helped me select frames was not only helpful but also patient. The staff is always so friendly, I’ve been going for years! I’m very particular about my frames and they always search high and low on the web to help me find exactly what I’m looking for. But they also have a wide selection of frames to choose from. I would highly recommend them.

I had the misfortune of having appointment and it being given away. I have to say Valley vision center was excellent. They notified me within 48 hours, apologize, and said that this type of behavior was not excepted. They had me in the office within 48 hours. And I saw Dr. William Brawders, Probably the best I exam I have had in 25 years. He was able to correct my contacts, and I do not have to wear readers. Their office is genuinely sincere and caring. The person who canceled my appointment, is no longer working there. It wasn’t me, it was her last week, and they are worried that she might have done this to other customers. If you have had an issue, give them a second chance. They are totally five star in my book.
