No waiting. When I arrived at the Drs. Office they were ready for me. The procedure was started and was done on time. The Dr explained to me what was done. The Assistant explained to me what I can and can’t do. All is well.

I went for a cleaning and check up and received an outstanding customer experience from the initial greeting from Erin, a comprehensive X-ray and cleaning from Katie , a review and consult with Dr. Anthony M., and the final close out to billing with Erin. All of the staff were friendly, but professional and knowledgeable. The office has the latest state of the art equipment as well. Highly recommend Dr. Anthony M and his staff for all of your dental needs and a great customer experience.

Always a professional experience.

It was not clear to me what tooth needed work. I had in mine a different tooth that the actual tooth Dr worked on. I left the hygienist visit thinking there might a an option where a filling would be enough but I was not giving any explanation that a filling was actually not needed. All work done was planned for putting a crown. I don’t think Dr had any plans for a putting filling at all. From my perspective there was a disconnect between Katie and the Dr, and I was ended up being confused.
