Great service, friendly and professional doctor and sales staff

The Doctor seemed quite professional. Very courteous and conscientious . I guess we’ll find out how professional if I can or cannot see out of the prescription When filled😏

I’ve always been happy with the Summerville office The pleasant staffing and the Manager, Laketyshi, had so much knowledge of products she presented during my visit.

Nicole was very relaxed and informative. She made me feel very comfortable being I was so use to Dr Koets...the girls helping me pick a frame were just as nice and informative.

Not much of a wait. Every one very attentive and concerned about my eye health and the proper fit for me in eye wear.

All staff were professional and friendly. Also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

I liked Dr. Mayfield and she seemed very personable and knowledgeable. I was, however, somewhat concerned that she was wearing a mask with a vent/valve. Unless this was a”special” mask this is in contradiction to CDC guidelines. Especially a concern since by necessity she was right in my face.

We were taken for our appointments early and had a very pleasant and krnowledgeable doctor who we both felt gave us a through eye examination. We were both fitted for glasses by a very helpful and friendly young lady. We both had a pleasant experience and would highly recommend a visit to your office.

From your incredibly helpful staff, to your pricing, I was completely satisfied with my experience (except for the parking situation. There was nowhere to park in the back and parking in the front was very limited). Overall, I would absolutely recommend you to my friends and family!

Professional staff. New machines are top of the line to measure eye sight and degenerative issues of the eye. We have been going here for years and have no complaints.

Very impressed with all the renovations to the office and the addition of new doctors. Liked my doctor very much. She was very thorough. Upset with my insurance company 😥😥😥 but thats not your issue. Exam, lenses and frames too costly for senior citizens or at least me.

The doctors was very thorough with my teen daughter as this was her first eye appointment. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Great selection of eyewear, only one person to help with glass selections. We decided to return at another day. Office space is a bit cramped as it’s in an old. Summerville. The front desk could use a lot more room.

While the staff was friendly, I would have preferred that a doctor perform the tests, instead of a p.a. or whatever the girl was that did do the tests before the doctor came in.
