The entire visit was exceptional. I was pleasantly greeted and the doctor is the best. While waiting to go back, I was able to pick my choice of frames and that was greatly appreciated. Great flow through the process. Reception efficient, quick handoffs through various tests and staff involved. Everyone willing to spend time answering questions and supporting the customer. I enjoy going to Apex and value their service.
