Mike was great as usual. Of course, so was Dr. H. I didn't receive a receipt after my cleaning, though. Not sure if that's the new thing when insurance covers the 2 yearly cleanings or not. It wasn't an issue, but I'm used to stopping by the counter on the way out but yesterday Mike just opened the door to the lobby so I left, thinking this is just how it's going now.
