Dr. Ratzlaff and Summer did the final fitting on my new dental implants on Tuesday afternoon! They are gorgeous and fit perfectly! In fact, my sister and I went out and ate a steak afterwards, and I can truthfully say that Tuesday was the first time in over 70 years that I have been able to correctly chew steak! I’m so happy with my dental implants, that I have shown everyone who would stop and look. Dr. Ratzlaff and Summer tweaked and adjusted until my dental implants are gorgeous and fit my face (and in my mouth) perfectly! Dr. Ratzlaff and her staff are the BEST!! I had a great experience at my dentist visit they explained everything that they were going to do to me and all our options to choose from. If you tell them you’re hurting they take your pain and nervousness into consideration and don’t poke around. I was scared going in due to my bad experience with other dentist visits but Dr. Burros was excellent. I surely recommend him to anyone that needs a check up or work done.

The only negative comment I have is that when given the flouride treatment I was not told that it was not covered by insurance and would be an additional charge. If I would have known then I would have declined. Other than that the service was excellent and it was a quick visit which is always nice.

My hygienist is gentle and calming, attributes you hope to have in your hygienist. I am not sure that I remember correctly the name of my hygienist, though I have been lucky to have her for both of my appointments. My dentist is Dr. Burouss.

I had my teeth cleaned on Wednesday, April 10. My hygienist was a very nice, very professional young lady. I appreciated her telling me exactly what she would be doing throughout the procedure and advised me to let her know if I had any discomfort. I will be returning for more dental work and know I will again receive the same professionalism and care. All of the staff are very courteous and truly care about their patients. Always an excellent experience at Art of Dentistry. Of course, it goes without saying that Dr. Chad Jackson is a fabulous dentist!

This is just a suggestion. My visit to learn about my mouth guard was great, with a very knowledgeable and nice technician. But when I came to check out, I was told that what I’d already paid for the mouth guard had not been enough, because you estimated that insurance would reimburse more. So I paid more than $200 more. I’d sure appreciate your letting the client know before the appointment so she can be prepared. I had to save up for what I’d already paid and thought everything was paid for. I sure thank you!

Hi A, Dr. A did a marvelous job of making a composite tooth of my front incisor. She is a true craftsman. I still need a bit of work in that I can’t floss on one side of the tooth. The floss breaks when I try to clean it.

I didn’t know what happened to my tooth but was in a lot of pain and working out of town. My wife called and Dr Burross was able to fit me in. I had broken a root on a tooth and it had to come out. The entire staff was patient and kind throughout the entire process. I received two follow up calls just checking on me. Great team.

It is great experience every time Trent has an appointment at Art of Dentistry. All of the staff is great. Trent always feels comfortable and welcome!

Throughout my appointment. the staff members were courteous and professional. I remember several employees asking me, "How are you?" I appreciated hearing that, since it was my first time there. The service was fast as well; I waited for about 15 minutes for my appointment, and it lasted less than 10 minutes. In all, I had a good experience at the Art of Dentistry.

Tiffani (the one that took my x-rays) was fantastic! And Dr Ratzlaff was AMAZING! All of the staff at the art of dentistry I wonderful! I would recommend this office to anyone 😊

Short wait time to go in. Kim G very caring, gentle on prophy. She takes time to carefully examine mouth. Dr Burross's exam is extremely thorough, although the cancer exam is a bit uncomfortable, its not his fault- my mouth & throat are very sensitive, and i so appreciate the thoroughness since there is a history of mouth & throat cancer in my family! The wait time between finished prophy & Dr exam is too long. Not sure how you could improve that since so many variables when Dr doing other procedures??? Front desk extremely friendly & efficient both in person & on phone. I feel good referring friends & family to the practice.

Everything top to bottom is 5 star! The friendly front office staff, the tidy clinic, the courtesy shown at all times. Dr Burross is simply super sharp, considerate, and humble in his profession. It’s clear he expects the best from his delicate work, and others without losing a sense of the patient and his colleagues. Well, I drove from Missouri to see him! I can’t find a dental clinic to come close in quality!

I had my teeth cleaned yesterday morning and my appointment started on time. I'm pretty timid when it comes to sitting in the dental chair but Rhonda, my dental assistant, made me feel very comfortable and talked to me while she cleaned. Rhonda is also a master ,with the feared water pick, in which I felt no pain as she skillfully used it. Even though I usually only visit Dr. Jackson's office (Art of Dentistry) twice a year I am treated like a friend/family and not just a patient. Rhonda is amazing and Dr. Jackson is a class act!! The staff is helpful and great! Don't miss out. Highly recommend checking it out. My daughters also see Dr. Jackson with no complaints.

Steve is a great guy, friend and neighbor. Went in for a crown that had popped off due to milk duds. I was not going to say anything, but since u asked...I had no other symptoms YET the dental tech insisted on xrays thinking i may have a cavity! I thought that was wring and they should have just put the crown back on...thought it was an unncessary procedure and expense

Came in for a tooth hurting and dentist only looked at that area. Just wondering why don’t they take a look at all your teeth while your in the chair. I don’t mean do X-rays etc. , but I would think that taking a quick look at the whole mouth could be beneficial.

My hygienist (I think her name was Cagan?) was very sweet and patient with me. I had tons of questions and concerns and she fielded them all with grace and charm - very knowledgeable too!

I called on 9/28, needing to change the time of my 10/5 appointment. No one ever called me back. On Wednesday 10/3 I finally called back. They said there were no other slots open on Friday. When I asked when they could reschedule me to, they said there was an opening on Thursday. This was perfectly fine with me, but I was not happy that no one had bothered to call me back. At least I got my appointment changed.

I’ve been goin to Art of Dentistry since I was about 6 years old. I am now 19 and I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff is always super friendly and helpful with everything. Doctor Jackson had always been awesome. From when I first started going I always liked how kind and friendly he was. He always made sure we had everything we needed and some. I was very pleased with my last visit and they even set up my appointment for getting my wisdom teeth out. I look forward to my next visit!

Overall, I am pleased with my new dental care. I previously saw Dr Hyde who retired last year. His dental hygienist used a different equipment to clean teeth. It was a focused water Irrigator system ? "ultrasonic" ??? Has your office ever tried that ? It seemed to be a better way to remove plaque than the "scraping " method .

My dental hygienist was friendly, professional, and thourough in cleaning my teeth. I don't know how the Art of Dentistry does it, but the atmosphere in your clinic is phenomenal. I have been a patient of Dr. Ratzlaff for nearly 10 years. EVERY staff member, with which I have interacted, are pleasant, confident & competent in the performance of their duties. Few people, if any, actually enjoy "going to see the dentist", but all of you make it a "painless" event!
