I was (and typically always am) so nervous at dentist appointments but your office was so well-reviewed it was the first on my list to try with a new insurance network. I guess you can say I was a bit skeptical at first because I was also pleasantly surprised that the reviews were accurate -- folks in the front office were helpful, courteous, and welcoming but not inauthentic. Hygienists/technicians were all incredibly friendly and polite. They were informative, thorough, and deft at each task, I felt barely anything compared to other offices I visited earlier this year. The doctor, though running a bit behind (I didn't even care, I was so relieved at being treated so well), was so polite and calm as well! At the other well-reviewed offices I visited earlier this year when I was with a different insurance provider, every team member at every level was always rushing around and it dissuaded me from asking questions. I just thought that all offices were that way! After being kicked out at 18 and having no family or insurance for almost 15 years, I was just grateful to be anywhere. Your office made me feel like I had a little dignity left (despite being nervous and tense). Thank you very much.

Saw me within 2 days when my regular dentist couldn't fit me in until mid-June. Had a pain-free root canal and the associated infection and swelling completely resolved in less than a week. Highly recommend!

Best dentist I’ve been to in my life. I’ve been scared of the dentist all my life, I no longer am with aspire family dental, they’re so good I take my whole family there now, it’s worth the hour drive from my home town.

I love this office! Everyone is always so nice, they truly care about you and they put you at ease. My hygienist and Dr. Park always take the time to explain things, ask questions and make sure you understand their recommendations. I have complete trust in whatever they find and the technology in the office is way above the bar. They have TVs so you can see what they see is going on in your mouth. She truly makes the experience of teeth cleaning & maintenance, enjoyable which for most people, just going to the dentist can be a challenge in itself. I had one small sensitive area on an eye tooth that she was very gentle with and gave me some great health tips to keep it from flaring up again. She took extra time with me, to really give that tooth some extra TLC. I never felt rushed through my appointment. I felt all my concerns were validated and addressed. Overall most pleasant experience at a Dentists office you could hope for.

In addition to my cleaning, Christine answered questions I had about the level of insurance I might need for dental care in 2019. She requested info from Delta Dental to help me in my planning. I really appreciated that.

Everything was great. The cleaning, speaking with the dr. But having to wait to weeks for a price to have my teeth pulled is a little much. I should be able to find that out that day or at least a few days, but not two weeks.

Went for my regular cleaning. As always, very professional. I like that procedures are explained to me. Doctor was very professional. Seems genuinely interested in my dental well-being. I feel well taken care of and confident in any procedures I may need. (I had gone to Dr Barbarick for about 44 yrs and had great confidence in him. He could and did perform what I deem are "miracles". Was not sure how I would feel after he retired.) But, so far, so good! My hygienist is very proficient, professional, and friendly. And the doctor is as well. I might add that he is quite cute and that doesn't hurt either! 🤗

The job was well done and the professionals friendly. I really like the new doctor! My only negative feedback concerns whitening gel. The tube came with no expiration date, no % of ingredients, no tip to reclose, and no directions. Since I had to request all of the above, I suspect I was sold a sample tube, which is almost gone after six conservative applications. Is this the case?

Aspire Dental is new to me. Enter in with a toothache and found that a wisdom tooth that I still had had a cavity. Dr Park looked at it and told me he could save it with expensive work. But he also could tell me that the tooth wasn’t vital and would extract it. Had the extraction done and was in and out of the office very quickly. Very friendly staff and Dr Park was very nice and did the extraction very proficiently. Thank you all.

He is precise and the crown fit perfectly with no drilling needed to make it fit as has always been needed in the past. Would (and have) recommended him to anyone. I'd had a scheduled new crown appointment that went very well with the whole team working very well together (a joy to see in action) making me procedure comfortable. I managed to dislodge my temporary crown and saved it in a tissue. They fit me right in that pm and cheerfully tweaked both it and the tooth. Soon I was on my way again. I'd been spoiled by years of happy dental experiences an am very pleased to be with this office and team now. I look forward to more yeas of happy teeth made so by a happy, professional team.

As always I had a very comprehensive cleaning and follow up evaluation. I am very pleased with my dental care and comfortable with the staff and my previous encounter with Dr Park.

I love Anna. She is always so friendly and welcoming and obviously expert at what she does. Dr. Parks is also very personable and explained everything well. The woman at the front desk was very helpful as well in explaining insurance options. A great experience!

There was literally no waiting to be taken into the treatment room. Hygienist was very pleasant and personable. Treatment options were thoroughly explained. Did not feel rushed at any point during the appointment.

Christine is awesome as always! And my teeth feel so clean when she gets done. She is gentle, which is great for my sensitive teeth. Dr. Parks seems thorough and caring about my teeth Health. I haven't had him work on my teeth yet, though.

I appreciate my hygienist. She went out of her way to schedule me an appointment after we needed to reschedule due to loss of power. She is friendly, caring, and good at her job. I also enjoybthe upgrades to the office. The music is nice, the atmosphere is more professional and people seem happy than before. I love it!

Sure. I really liked the hygienist. She is very gentle and competent and friendly. And I like the dentist. He is also competent and friendly. I like the updating and cleanliness of the office and I really like that they can photograph teeth that have cracked fillings and show to the patient on the large TV. That was cool.
