The front desk ladies always try to reschedule us when we need them to. The hygienists and Dr. Sarauer are very professional and good at what they do. They also tell us what we need to hear about our flossing and brushing.

My question is we had agreed in part that the whitener part was no charge since my wife paid for hers? The doctor said Monday that my retainer for my teeth was no charge also. Just verifying that all is correct?

Went in for a filling. Dr explained all the steps before performed the procedure. The procedure was straight forward. I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure. My tooth felt normal again. No irritation or swelling.

Every time I visit Dr. Sarauer and his team, I find them to always to be friendly and professional. Specifically, the receptionist, Mandy represents a friendly attitude as you enter the front door. She has been most helpful in emergency situations for me. I RECENTLY HAD A TOOTH PULLED BY DR SARAUER AND ALSO A FOLLOW UP CALL FROM HIS NURSE TO SEE HOW I WAS DOING. I CAN HONESTLY SAY I HAD EXPERIENCED A SMALL AMOUNT, IF ANY PAIN WHEN NUMBING SHOTS WERE GIVEN AND WHEN THE TOOTH WAS PULLED. USED EXTRA STRENGTH TYANOL FOR ANY DISCOMFORT I HAD. A FRIENDLY AND NICE PLACE TO GO WHEN YOU NEED DENTAL WORK DONE.
