Office staff is always friendly and helpful. Amy, as usual, is excellent! She ensures my comfort by using the numbing jelly, before cleaning my teeth. She willingly cleans by hand as the Cavitron makes my sensitive gums hurt. She even remembers that I need a pillow under the back of my neck for comfort while she’s cleaning. Amy is a friendly, gentle and happy hygienist who caters to my sensitive teeth. I love how the office does not overbook, leaving you in the waiting room for a long period of time. Dr. Goldberg and the Dental Assistant were very personable, friendly and professional. They were attentive and reassuring that I would not feel any pain. The nerve block was right on point! No pain!! Thank you to both of them! NOTE: I believe I have a bit of filling caught in between my teeth extending to the edge of my tooth on the inside. The dental floss gets stuck and shreds leaving some threads in between my teeth. I’m not in any discomfort. Will this wear away or do I need to come in to have it removed? Kathleen Malatesta
