very friendly group of folks always willing to help you and others. there was a blind man trying to find subway, they see him all the time with his service dog. One of the folks there went outside and helped him to subway....they know their neighborhood...great place to go

It was wonderful to stop by to pick up contacts for my daughter and get an instant appointment for myself due to a cancellation! I also so appreciated that the doctor was a neurologist who understood the complications of needing prisms in my prescription. And, I appreciated the help and feedback while I was selecting my new glasses. Once again, great service from the team!

I was pleasantly surprised with how well the appointment went. Doctor Martin had so much patience with me and continued to provide me different contact options to get to clearer vision. 5 stars for great service!!!! Dr. Weeks was very thorough during my eye exam. This was very important for me because I came in after having years of eye problems and general dissatisfaction with other eye doctors in the metro area. I am glad I made the appointment to see Dr. Weeks because he determined my prescription was too strong and will fix my contact and glasses I am looking forward to working with him and his team for all my eye care needs. I will definitely recommend bass lake family eye to my friends and family.

Thorough... reassuring... I appreciated the insight regarding choosing new frames especially when the Dr came out and helped me understand why some frames would not be helpful for my type of vision using progressives. First visit and I would recommend so far.
