This visit was really good and thorough... I'm sorry but I can't remember the hygienist name but she was very good... and she cleaned each tooth and talked to me... about what she was doing and how I was doing cleaning my teeth too! She is very pleasant and hope she stays there! The new dentist is very nice also... she went over every tooth and checked it on the chart. We talked about some areas that need more attention and what my options were for each. I didn't feel like she was just trying to sell me dental work but was concerned about my teeth and health... they were both excellent!

I find the Dr. empathetic and his staff to be professional and very concerned about making the dental experience a positive, caring experience. I’ve had many Dentists over my 68 years and know for fact had I had a dentist with his compassion I be in a more healthy position than I find myself now. I trust him and his staff. I feel he has a office that is a culture of caring. It all begins with the attitude and concerns of the dentist.

This is the best, friendliest dental practice I have ever gone to. I feel welcome and taken care of by everyone in the staff. Their service is great and they have always been able to help me. I'm very appreciative for everything they do.

I prefer my cleaning to have the use of the newer technology where they use a high power device to clean your teeth. I don’t like the old method of scraping your teeth with just a tool. Not sure why my cleaning was done using manual scrapping. Last time whoever cleaned my teeth, used the water pick type device. I would prefer that technique.

Hygienist worked very carefully to remove placque from the still-all-my-own teeth. Difficulty because my 92 year old mouth has a receding gum line and irregular spaces between teeth. {I wear retainers after long process of straightening jammed- together bottom teeth.} She went back over all teeth to get deeper layers of plaque scraped away. Minimized discomfort. I liked that she did not use suction device parked in mouth the whole time, only after she carefully rinsed the areas.

Seemed like less than my experience at other dentists but then I am not an expert at what should be done.

It is always such a pleasure coming into your office .People seem happy and engaging.

Hygienist took special care with the scraping tool to etch off the tenacious calcification by gum lines. My 92 year old mouth is VERY happy! I have been a well served for a long time. I would not even think of going to any other provider.

Again, Dr. Ross did not disappoint! Three implant posts and grinding a bony prominence- no pain despite considerable invasion . I traveled 660 miles to go back to Dr. Ross and will again because despite the long drive, he has my trust and confidence! He is a special Dr. - No bruising , minimal post pain and happy to say I am doing very well! His assistant is also so kind, generous and empathetic. A great duo! Thank you so much!

Customer service excellent .. you don’t have to wait to long for some body to take care of you , all personal extremely friendly and most of all,prices are affordable ,, they explend to you options based in what can you afford with out giving you the ugly face that other places do . Newly arrived Dental doctor stepped in to greet me before the (also-new) hygienist, Bee, started on the cleaning of my 90 year old teeth. Bee was ultra careful as she scraped away the base of each tooth, going back around each tooth, including many with exposed roots where gum has receded. Then the doctor came back in, examining the degree of cleared debris with her own scraper. All in all, this was the MOST thorough cleaning I have EVER had. Checkout and rescheduling done quickly by friendly staff. I feel blessed to be cared for at BayView each time I come. Glad to share 😃 my pleasure.

She also knew what would help save the coat layer, and convinced me to stop using baking soda to scrub ny teeth with the sonic toot

This is the first time I haven’t minded going to the Dentist! The dentist is very good and also explains things very well BEFORE she does them AND explains what I should do after the procedure. Because she does that, I feel confident I know what to do when I leave the office. The only negative thing I can think of is the office space is tight (but then I need to come in on my scooter!). And they work around that too.

The girls are always professional courteous and at times humorous, the best dentist experience I’ve continually had in a long time.

The new dentist gathered info to rule out anything troublesome. Nice lady to have join their very dedicated crew. Best of all was the thorough care given by the hygienist for my teeth as a 91 year old determined to preserve my own teeth. I am 91 years old, and am diligent about electric tooth brush and WaterPik cleansing several times a day.

On time, friendly and high quality work

Staff is always genuinely concerned about offering high quality services for me. The hygienist has been very thorough in her approach. She cleans very gently & cautiously all around the gum line which has receded as I've had wonderful gold crowns at a much younger age. After the cautious go around, she goes into more scraping where the buildup occurs. Best of all, she uses the baking soda I bring to get cleaner polishing accomplished.
