Cleaning very good Bone graf not enough- only 4cm - needed 6cm During procedure Doc assured me their would be enough-but not true-and you want me to pay for a slnas lift-not my problem Two teeth #2&3 that I have together should be treated as 1 tooth not 2, and implanted wth an Abutments. If you can come up to the terms above with a new price I will consider having the procedure done. Please advise by the 15 Oct. ? Thanks Bill Baird
