Michael is the man! Very gentle in what he is doing which is important for me being a former oral cancer patient. The whole team is very friendly and engaged. Always "fun" to go to the dentist :-)

From the first phone call with Amy, everyone listened in a positive and pleasant manner to what I specifically needed addressed at the appointment. There was no pressure to do more. Questions were answered well. Excellent information given out for post-op as well. Dr. Bilov was very thorough and conscientious and personable. I was very pleased.

Excellent hygienist. On time appointment and fast and good cleaning. One criticism. There is a fune line between reminding clients of appointments and treating tham like 3 year olds. The multiple reminders have crossed the line.

Everyone was cheerful, accommodating, pleasant, kind; I just cannot day enough good things about my experience there. There’s even a US postal mailbox at the complex which made my day. Didn’t have to go to post office.

Extremely happy with this office!!! This was my first visit. Staff was friendly, explained everything in great details and predetermined insurance coverage for me, no surptizes there!!! They also never pushed any "extra" services, like I've experienced in some other offices, no upsale schemes. Wait time was minimal - something that I rarely seen elsewhere. Dr. Bilov went out of his way and accomodated me same day! He was friendly, informative, treatment seemed careful and professional. Strongly reccomend!

My hygienist and the receptionist were so pleasant and compassionate. However, I'm very disappointed that I've had to switch three different dentists in the past year because they leave the bayview practice. And yet I'm going to have another new dentist again.
