First of all, Everyone was very Pleasant and professional as always. I walked in very concerned about how would they be able to fix my tooth. They reassured me I had Nothing to concern myself with.....they would take good care of me and I would have my smile back before I left their office. They did exactly that!!!! I have been there before and the hygienist has always been pleasant. However, last week I believe there was a substitute hygienist who was grumpy and a little unpleasant. the patient deals with the hygienist 90% of the visit, so it's best to have someone with a pleasant attitude. This will not keep us from coming back, but I'd still wanted to give you that feedback.

My dental hygienist for my visit was one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of laying back in a chair for. Her chair side manner was impeccable all while teaching her Assistant who was shadowing

Best dental experience ever. This is my forever dental home. The office is clean and state of the art. The staff is very professional and friendly. The dental tech I saw was gentle and attentive to my comfort level. I wasn't offered any services I did not need. My out of pocket expense was very reasonable. Let me share her tips with you. Floss, brush and re-brush with an antiseptic and/or fluoride laced toothbrush at the gum line every night. The feedback is in. My very expensive Phillip's Sonicare Electronic toothbrush has garnered amazing results. I highly suggest this investment. Shameful to say that after going 3 years without a cleaning, I had very little tartar build up thanks to my very expensive Phillip's Sonicare. Take care of your teeth or they will feel the neglect and leave you. They're sensitive like that. Thank you Dr. Connor and my Babies Persephone Assata and Elijah Waahid Crawford for my Phillips Sonicare.

Dr Connor has been our family dentist since 2005 . She’s the best dentist of all! We were relocated from Irvine California. Lived in Charlotte for few months, then found out about Fort Mill. I fell in love with the location. Took us a little while to find a great dentist who is also a great person. Although Dr Connor’s Beacon Dental office is a long drive from Fort Mill I don’t mind driving to see my #1 Dentist.

I had a dental cleaning. I was scared of it but the nurse was GREAT!! Very gentle and it did not hurt at all. I’m thankful for that.

I came in for a cleaning. And I am embarrassed to say it was since 2017 since my last cleaning. I had Lucy as my tech. She was very good, not only was she very personal, but she made me feel really comfortable and was gentle while she was cleaning my teeth. She was very smart as well, as she was able to recommend a better way to brush my teeth. she also made sure that I was comfortable the whole time she was cleaning my teeth. I give her 5 stars. And as I really don't like coming to the dentist as demonstrated in my absence, I love Dr. Conner and appreciated having Lucy as my technician, she was FANTASTIC!!!

First Experience there and I definitely appreciated all of the service. I did feel that a lot of things were done unprofessional as far as submitting and getting paperwork in a timely manner from LHI. I asked for an email from the receptionist of the information requested and I’m still waiting on it. Last I was told was that the computer system wasn’t working properly. A lot of things felt a little out of order but for the most part the service was good.

I'm one that gets very nervous and slight anxiety at the thought of going to the Dentist, but since I've been going to Dr. Connors office I have noticed that my anxiety and nervousness level had dropped way down. Dr. Connors Dental Hygienist Mrs Turney Is absolutely AMAZING. I really like her. She has made my visits very relaxing, comfortable, and at ease. She's Great!! Dr. Connors staff are nice and the overall office atmosphere is great. I would definitely say, if you have a fear of the Dentist like I do, but am slowly but surely coming out of it, this is the Dental Office for you. You will be glad you came😃☺👍
