I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#85089) who is passionate about helping pre- teenagers, teenagers, young adults and their families find connection, healing and wholeness. I believe healing relationships can heal a person. I have training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, EMDR, as well as other therapy types. I integrate these to help create the best therapy experience for each unique individual and family. I have experience working in private practice, hospital environments, youth county agencies, as well as within church environments. These experiences allow me to work with a variety of clients with differing backgrounds. My specialty lies in working with older kids, pre teens, teens, and families. Working with kids and teens for years enables me to connect with and engage my clients; creating a powerful working relationship, geared towards growth and change.
