I chipped a tooth and got in to see the dentist the same day. It was a positive experience for me.

I was warmly welcomed and had the usual warm ,personal examination by Ginny.

The team there made sure I was completely comfortable with the procedure and explained what they were doing throughout which I loved. They are a wonderful group of people and I highly recommend them.

Candy is terrific. Consummate professional with a heart of gold. She will be very missed. Our family wishes her well in her new job. And best to all of you.

I walked into the front door of the Blanco Dental Care office. The staff was reasonably welcoming...maybe because Candy 🍬 was already at the front waiting for me? (Last staff use to welcome me, every visit, like if I was Norm from Cheers and would ask if I wanted something to drink = professional.) I filled out the slip for "vote" on best decorated "ornament." Candy welcomed me and walked me to the back. As I walked to the back, I smiled and gestured "hello" 🙋‍♂️ to a gentleman in my path. He just acted like I was invisible and barked orders to someone behind. [🙋‍♂️ STOP REWIND: Isn't he the one that should be saying "Hello.💁‍♂️ Welcome to Blanco Dental Care. " 🤔 Or; at least "Wazzup?" 🤦‍♂️ Found out later he was one of the new (new to me) dentists. Maybe he had alot on his plate.] Candy showed me to the exam room and made me comfortable prior to exam. Genie then entered. Genie is always warm, kind and welcoming. Candy continued on her exam. She did a thorough job, stopping anytime I would feel discomfort. Candy also makes sure the exam is a pleasant experience; employing various flavors in her cleaning arsenal...Awesome! . That's my Review ✍️👏👨‍💼

This is a note from my visit at the end of March or the beginning of April when I had a crown switched out./ Dr. Ed has diagnosed a leaky crown on a tooth that was giving me trouble. He removed the old crown and prepped me for a new one. I didn’t feel even a twinge of pain during the whole procedure, and I had no soreness at all the next day. Dr. Ed explained each step he was taking as he worked. He was calm, and wanted me to feel comfortable. When the new crown came in, Dr. Ed installed it with great care, making tiny adjustments until he was satisfied with the fit. The new crown looks and feels great! Dr. Ed is definitely an expert at what he does!

Your front desk staff is always courteous and professional. The hygienist who took X-rays and cleaned my teeth was very comforting-I am not an easy patient! Dr. Ed kept me calm! This was the most relaxed i’ve Ever been at the dentist. No nitrous needed - and I think being offered the warm blanket was very nice

I find Candy to very caring and thorough. I feel she cares about my overall health and well-being and makes sure I leave with a healthy smile.

I was extremely reluctant to see the dentist due to two negative situations people close to me experienced. I was so terrified to hear what I expected would be bad news that would require extensive, painful and expensive procedure. However, from the moment I placed the call, walked into the office & saw the dentist the staffing was sensitive and understanding of my fears. The staff took the time to walk me through everything in a manner I understood and outlined all my options. They went at my pace and did not rush me through the entire process. I was more amazed at how quickly I was seen. I can only hope the procedures I will be facing won’t be as terrifying.

Really appreciate the thorough care - everyone from the dentist to the front desk staff were very courteous. Amanda was my friendly hygienist and did a great job - I was finished before I knew it. Highly recommend.

This is the dental clinic we go to several times a year. 935 Blabco Circle Salinas Ca 93901 I like your service attitude, especially the candy doctor who gives me clean teeth. She is very professional, attentive and considerate. This is my personal experience... But, unfortunately, last night my husband told me that he really liked 😘candy, and I'm sorry I didn't like your charge mode. He said we had good dental insurance covering the clean teeth, but you tried to make the customer pay 10%. It's not reasonable to be a kind of extortion, if it's our insurance. The risk does not cover certain items, I suggest to tell the customer ahead of time, not the result to take more from the customer, because this really makes the customer unacceptable, even if 61 dollars is not acceptable, the insurance company replied to my husband, you have no reason to claim, because the insurance has covered all, so, he is very unhappy before This kind of unjustifiable request for the Front desk seems to happen in May. I was in China in May. Transpositional consideration，If you went to a clinic to clean the teeth many times, it was covered by insurance. Long-term cleaning of teeth is covered by insurance companies. Suddenly, in May of this year, the two sides were unhappy. after the cleaning, the clinic told you, I'm sorry, today you need to pay 10%. What do you think about the cost of this time? Why? Not in advance to tell us in advance, all the time is insurance coverage, do not need us to pay, why this sudden change, and you did not explain in advance clear to the customer choice, plainly know the fee standard, not waiting for the end to tell the customer, I can not accept it, I believe that you are not accept too. It is not acceptable. I only suggest that everyone is an old customer for many years. If more than a part of the customer needs to be paid, please inform the other party in advance, and do not have unpleasant results. Thank you for cooperation.My husband is disappointed with your arbitrary charges. He told me that he would not go to your clinic. He is choosing another place. My husband called the insurance company, and the insurance company responded to your arbitrary charges. I hope you to cancel an unreasonable charge of 10% and inform him that perhaps this is the wisest choice, because he works in the city government department, he has a good insurance coverage, If you loss of a customer, a loss of a large market, because the tooth is a lifetime problem, and we need clean teeth several times a year ，it brings you a lot of profit. From the time I walked in to the time I left everyone was polite and professional. Made me feel comfortable, either showed me what was going on with my gums and what could be done. Quoted me my cost by stages. So I would say all went well.

I have been going to this dental group because off dr klugman and his team but also Kandy is a skilled hygienist , I have a lot off sensitivity & her skills always keep me comfortable during my visits ! I been going here for at least 15 years & would recommend for anyone who is extremely scared off the dentist as I am , sedation dentistry is perfect for me , I love the nitrous too;) or if your just looking for a skilled team off professionals, plus they do implants & that’s my next goal that Dr Klugman is helping me with, can’t wait!
